Are blue balls dangerous

Is it dangerous to build up tension, and never reach climax ?

I did that few days ago and my balls ached madly. After ejaculation I get mad shrinkage for few hours, so I figured I’m gonna go the other way (maintain rock hard erection for like 30 minutes and then just forget about it). It worked great since I was quite big for like an hour afterward. But then these balls were killing me.

Your balls shouldn’t hurt, maybe some added stress/strain/frustration. As far as blue balls go, its more myth than anything.
