A good plan/routine for kegel exercises

Hi guys

This might be a boring topic or too basic for most of you.

But still, does anybody have a good kegel exercise program he wants to share?

I once started a program and overdid it to the point it made my penis feel like after a too rigorous workout at the gym.

Now I’ve started again and have been following a very basic kegel plan through an app on my phone.

Just wondering if anyone has had good results with any specific kegel exercise routine?
