5-HTP for lasting longer?

I read that 5-HTP which is over the counter, can help you last longer. An alternative to a drug like zoloft, paxil etc..

Anyone ever try it? How soon before sex? Ok to take with cialis or viagra?

Mravg reported having an upset stomach and no other effect from 5-HTP.

5-HTP?when

So im thinking about trying this out to help me go longer. My question is the timing of taking it? I also take liquid C, so i’m hoping it does not interact with the 5-HTP. Is it 30 minutes before sex or what?
