They say not ejaculating for 6 days will rais your T-levels on the 7th day 47%. Only on that day. After that T levels did go back to normal. 47/7 = 6.7%. Not enough to cause any major change in lifts. Just think that after seeing porn your T levels can raise more than 30%, and you are not going to notice any improvements in lifts.

And is just one experiment, on only 28 people, contradicted by other studies.

I only read the first post, but I’ll post my experience anyway.

During the summer I did this for 28 days, but it also included no touching myself, including PE and masturbation. I still did from time to time, but always tried not to.

I found that the first week was pretty easy. For some this may differ, but my libido wasn’t especially high at the time. The second week was pretty hard, and the third week was extremely hard. I would think about sex all day long. As part of my experiment, I would try not to think about sex, so anytime I did so, I would stop and think about something else. At week 4 I got used to it and it wasn’t bad at all.

I did this experiment to see if it would help with ejaculation control or even help my involuntary PC contractions. It didn’t really help with neither, and there was no real outcome from abstaining from ejaculation.

Looks like I may make the 30 days, but not because I want to. I was planning a bit of ‘relief’ later in the weekend.

All these years of PE with only minor annoying injuries and I just pulled a biggie. I knew my dick was tired, so wasn’t going to PE today, but as I was planning on resisting ejaculating for a few more days, I just felt like a bit of PE. Big mistake.

I was trying to clamp down another click and my thumb slipped. I was already at high pressure, and my thumb just grazed across the top of my dick, but it hit a big vein on the way, which blew out. So now I have a big black/purple lump, slowly spreading under the skin. Looks like I hit it with a lump-hammer. That’s going to take a while before it will take any pressure, so I’m forced to leave it alone!

Bugg*r! This was not in my Friday night plans. Think I’ll have a beer instead. Just in the time I’ve been typing this, it’s spread. I’ve got a two colour penis! :(

I think having a throbbing dick in a gym would give you a few awkward looks, and possibly get in the way while lifting. Best of luck you anyways!

I Laughed out Loud at this haha.

Just read the entire thread, I think it’s quite interesting. I started PE two weeks ago now, and I’ve been along a similar route, though not completely without ejaculation. I’ve had sex with my girlfriend on the weekends and masturbated once after a very satisfying PE session. I try not to ejaculated during the week at all (which is when I’m doing my PE) because I feel like it detracts from my PE. But man did I blow a load on my girlfriend come Saturday night!

I feel like the combination of PE and not masturbating has really improved my penis health and performance. And I’ve also been on a porn detox (except when watching it with my gf), which has really helped curb the urge to masturbate.
