30 Days No Ejaculation Experiment

I will join, I have been meaning to do this for a few days, staying off the porn is hard I wish I could block it.

I have only done this once before and I think it was for 1 or 2 weeks.

I really don’t wanna do 30 days, I will day 14 days minimum, but we will see how I go.

Porn detox is vital for this experiment, imo.

Day 1.

I’m throwing my hat in this ring.

Beginning Day 3 right now, though this will be the first day I steer completely clear of any and all pornography.

No physiological changes to report between Day 1 and now.

What about sex with your wife?

I’m in on the no porn effort, but I’m not going to give up sex with by wife :babe4: and not ejaculate; can i apply this to just no masturbation?.

Day 4.

I can feel the testosterone starting to make it’s climb now. Woke up with a lead pipe between my legs and remember having good dreams - not explicitly sexual dreams, but I definitely remember having an extended flirtation with some random chick I saw on TV last night. Good stuff. Not the best, but good.

Went to the gym and had an unbelievable workout. Worked my back today, which involved a series of very heavy compound lifts. Felt incredibly strong and was throwing big weight around like no body’s business.

I should mention that I’m on the porn detox plan as well, and the urge to just look at it has been pretty substantial. I’ve fought it off thus far, keeping in mind that Days 4-7 are typically the when the brain is most intensely crying out for the dopamine surge it expects from porn/masturbation.

Hit the beach after the gym (I live in South Florida and am on vacation). Watched a good-looking mom apply sunscreen to herself and promptly felt the urge to plow her into October - a feeling that definitely would not have come on so strongly had I stuck to my previous ejaculation habits. It made me feel pent up, but a good, energetic kind of pent up.

I expect to get a regularly scheduled booty call from a friend of mine tomorrow night. Typically I wouldn’t give it much thought until it’s time to do the deed, but right now I find myself looking forward to it with serious intensity. All signs point to me fucking her into a coma tomorrow night.

Day 10, but not aiming for 30. Not sure how I got to 10 anyway! I’m not trying to do this; I’ve just been really busy and like the energy buzz I get when holding it in. :)

Really nice guys!, I think the positive side effects of less ejaculation are evident, at least for the first weak. Anyway, I will be super busy this month, so I wont be uploading my status everyday. Wish some of you could do that.

Started last thursday so day 8 here:
I got the max. intensity (testosterone surge) at day 1 and day 7. Sometimes it feels like nothings happening but that’s not correct, I want to continue as much as I can.

I got pretty smilar experiences like Hurricane: increased desire, definitely more motivation to “find love”, LOL :D What I mean is burying a chick into bed :)

Like I said in my previous post, I have been “dry orgasming” for years by now, and honestly I have seen many benefits from this: I feel much more stable and powerful, physically, mentally and emotionally. It is something like a light version of an ejaculation, considering the energy cost. I am trying to avoid these right now. So my progress has been: from ejaculations to dry orgasms, and now aiming no orgasm. :) May sound bad but it isn’t :D

Anyway, what I want to point is: at the moments of “testosterone surge” one feels like it’s not possible to fight it off, but keep going it won’t bug you afterwards. Avoiding porn is a very good idea too.

So that’s the 1st report, another one next week.

They say that not ejaculating for a minimum of 7 days is enough to raise your testosterone levels 49%. I tried this experiment once before, but not 30 days though. That would be hell. But just to see if in the gym performance increased, and I must say, it is unbelievable the difference you will feel with added testosterone. I was a dick to people during that time, but that was nothing out of the ordinary, so nobody really saw a change. :)
