You can gain about a pound of LEAN muscle per week. But gaining muscle without gaining ANY fat is impossible without steroids. 20 pounds in a month is going to be a combination of muscle, water weight and fat. 5 pounds of lean mass, even on juice, would very difficult. Your body fat percentage would probably go up slightly. It’s why even the pros like Ronnie Coleman have to cut a bit before their big contests after the “off season” when they put on muscle.
