Pound of lean muscle per week is 52 pounds (23.4 kg) of lean muscle a year. Please show me someone who has gained that much without steroids.
I’m telling you, getting even 100 grams of lean muscle per week is optimistic because that’s 4.8 kg (10.6 lbs) of lean muscle a year. Very hard to do naturally.

Well there’s definitely a point where your body hits it’s natural limit. I wasn’t saying a pound a week, endlessly. I was merely saying that’s the limit of what you can do, not 20 pounds in a month like was mentioned above. 10 pounds in a year though is more than plausible. I’ve done that and never taken steroids in my life. But that 10 lbs of muscle will come fat, so then you have to start the cutting cycle.

If you’re saying 100 grams of PURE muscle, 0 fat, per week than yeah that would be tough. If you’re eating a surplus of calories (compared to your body’s “maintenance” calorie requirement) you’ll probably tack on a little fat.

Yeah, any estimates of how much muscle can be gained during a period have to be qualified by how long a guy has been working out, and how much muscle he has already added to his frame. A total newb can add 10-20 lbs of muscle in a year (along with fat, of course), but it can be hard to eke out even 1 additional pound of muscle over the same time period, once you’ve been working out seriously for several years and are already in excellent condition.

JellyBelly thanks for posting this information I just now found it but this kind of information changed my life around, I could never get a girl friend or sex until someone taught me in high school “eye brows make or break a face” and I try to pass that information on to other guys but they get all weird about it. I think I had some of the scariest looking eye brows you can imagine but now I have them pretty thin and a bit feminine.

Is it ok to use toasted sesame oil for oil pulling?

Just a quick question, I just turned twenty and am happy to say that my acne (Even though it never has been that bad) seems to be getting less and less.
But!
I’ve never used any ointments/cleansers or stuff that are said to help, they all look like scams to me.

But here’s the question, supposedly those face-cleansers women use to take of their make up can also brighten op your skin and reduce the acne.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
Any other anti-acne tips are always welcome.

One thing I’ve been noticing from going out lately is that the hottest girls I end up making out with or number closing usually arent in the set when I open.

What happens is I go up to some girls who are maybe 5’s to 6’s, and chat with them, get them giggling, etc. From there, a hot girl, maybe an 8-9 walks up and introduces herself to me. Believe it or not, a lot of hot girls roll with less attractive girls. From there on you already have the group’s comfort and appreciation so it is easy to isolate the hot girl from there.

Just two weeks I had rolled up to a couple less than attractive girls and said “You seem fun, I just had to say hi.” We were chatting back and forth, when a hot 8.9 came up. I started doing some dance spins with her around, and within minutes I took her by the hand and led her to a booth away from the others and we started cuddling. Later we were making out and I got her number. She’s still calling me back and we’re setting up a meet soon.

Now could this have worked had I waited until the 8.9 was already in the set? Of course. But I’ve found it to be far easier to attract a girl if you hit the set before she arrives. You’ve already won over her friends at this point. Even if you haven’t won over her friends it can still work well if you’re already in the set. Some months back, I went up to two girls who weren’t that interested, and a third girl came up who was interested. She stayed behind when her friends left and we ended up making out at the bar.

On a more general note, you should be playfully bantering with all types of women, and guys as well. Throughout your day, you should be bringing joyful interactions to as many people as possible. The fat ghetto girl serving you at Burger King? Make her smile. You don’t have to outright flirt of course, but just a little playful misinterpretation can help the day.

If you only go up to hot girls in a bar, the girls around you notice that you’re gaming. However if you’re talking to one legged girls and random guys all around the bar, when you’re finally going up to the hot girls, they assume you’re just being social and that It’s not a full blown approach.

I’ve gained over 50 pounds of muscle in a year, naturally, 145 pounds to almost 200 pounds. Build and genetics play a large role. It was for high school sports. I did it with a friend, joined a gym, set a goal, and we went for it. He gained about 25 pounds and did protein shakes and supplements. I just ate good food. It can be done, naturally.
