I have always been A dribbler and not a shooter. I came a decent amount (it was like 4 spurts that dribbled out. maybe around a tablespoon of it) But all it did was dribble out. If I edge for a week without ejaculation I will shoot a little but mostly just dribbles. This never has bothered me that much but I heard zinc may help with load size and while I was picking up a bottle I decided to get some ginkgo to. I have been taking 50mg of zinc and 120mg of ginkgo for the past ten days and let me tell ya, I cant be happier. Not alone am I much hornier But my load has skyrocketed! Instead of 4 dribble spurts I am now shooting one spurt about a foot then 2 more after that a good 6 inches, Then one spurt a couple inches that about 3 or 4 more dribble spurts come out. So not only has this about doubled the amount that comes out but I also shoot now!

I would highly recommend this combo to everyone for load size, shoot distance and libido.

This is very interesting; can you tell us where you got the initial information from about these supplements, or was the cumload increase just an unexpected surprise? Also, I notice that the RDA for zinc is 15mg (which I get already from my multivitamin); so do you know of any dangers in taking 50mg daily? My cumloads these days are very meagre and I would willingly try anything that might (safely) increase them.

zinc helps elevate testosterone levels, which can make you hornier.

This morning I took 45 mg zinc and 180 mg ginkgo biloba for the first time.. I had sex at night and there was a real difference, sex felt better and I shot a considerable more amount of cum. I wasn’t expecting this instant effect.. But the difference was obvious.

I know this is old, but I thought I would answer this question in case someone else reading was concerned.

Toxicity is almost a complete non-issue with zinc. One could consume several grams (several thousand mg) without worries of true toxicity, though some lethargy could be noted. One thing to consider is that if you are consuming large amounts (if I recall the upper threshold here is about 200-300mg for most people) your body may have issues with absorbing enough copper. The take home though, is that 50mg isn’t going to hurt you.

The body doesn’t have a way to store zinc, like calcium in bones and iron in blood, etc. also it has issues being absorbed from food or multivitamins, the average absorption rate is between 11% & 40% maximum and keep in mind that it gets exerted with urine, sweat and defecation.

Phytates, iron and dairy inhibits zinc absorption as well, on the other hand high zinc intake for long periods can cause anemia by inhibiting iron and copper absorption (they all compete for receptors in the intestines).

So the best way IMHO is to separate them by 4 hours and take each with something that makes it more bio available, like proteins for zinc (will help iron too) and vitamin C for iron. Take adequate doses and avoid anti-nutrients.

I just started, but didnt expect instant results. I felt like my early 20’s. I don’t know if it is the zinc or the ginkgo that made the trick though.

Zinc is great, every man should take it. Along with saw palmetto. I take 80mg zinc daily.

Because someone makes a stack it does not necessarily mean it works for everyone many things should be considered like different ages, different test levels, physiology, delivery mechanism may not be the same, psychological state of mind etc should be around the same.

That’s a LOT of zinc. Is that safe, don’t you eat food with zinc in your diet too?

40 mg daily is the upper limit for an middle aged man otherwise toxicity and interference with hemoglobin and possible changes in DNA can occur

if you are taking high doses of Zinc it may be a good idea to also take magnesium along

Zinc has helped with my EQ—more wood in the morning, and generally harder erections all the time. Not sure if it has affected my load, but it is known to help boost testosterone, so I would imagine it could also be used as a bodybuilding supplement as well.

Are you sure you don’t mean a teaspoon? A tablespoon is 15ml, that’s superhuman!

I’ve tried zinc before, not sure it did a great deal to be honest. But I never tried it in conjunction with ginko, might have to give it a shot (pun intended).

The only supplement I’ve found that consistently gave me huge loads was Semenax, which is quite expensive.
