The main problem is that there are a lot of health warnings out on yohimbe, especially for long term use. Also, I have seen a lot of articles describing how yohimbe can improve erection strength, but not one mentions anything about size benefits. But since PE is a long term project and yohimbe is more and more dangerous over the long term, yohimbe is out for me.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
