Yoghurt and Precum
Lately I’ve started eating sugar free yoghurt on a daily basis (Yoghurt with oats/muesli) and I’ve noticed I’m shooting massive amounts of pre cum and my orgasms feel like they last longer. I’m not just dribbling pre-cum, but shooting it in big clear loads, something that I have never done before as I’ve never produced any noticeably large amounts of pre-cum before.
I’ve considered a few factors for the improvement in my pre-cum levels but I can only come up with yoghurt. I don’t take any additional vitamins, I haven’t been using my arg/l-citrulline combo for a few months now, I don’t drink much water lately (maybe 2-3 glasses per day) and my diet is pretty unbalanced which is why I started with the yoghurt combo.
Anyone else a regular yoghurt eater and also have large amounts of pre-cum?
