Yarsagumba - Himalayan Viagra

I was wondering if anyone of you especially from the Far East tried ‘Yarsagumba’ the ‘Himalayan Viagra? I came across an article a few days ago touting it as a very effective sexual booster, but at a price. in 1992 a bag of kilo yarsagumba cost about $5, today it costs $15,000 per kilo for high quality grade, such is the high demand for it in the East.

There has been some medical research on Yarsagumba, which has shown that it might actually work better than any other natural aphrodisiac.

I cannot find any single independent review of this plant and insect hybrid product.

The only natural product that has worked for me very effectively is Horny Goat Weed (50% Icaarins), however, the effects are very shortlived about a day or two the most and if I continue to take it, my libido and EQ drops very significantly.

Thanks for that man! Although, much of the evidence for it’s aphrodisiac qualities seem to be anecdotal i.e. based on indiginous popopulations’ user feedback and as the article points out more mechanism-based studies are required specifically on humans.

Looks promising though. I think there might be restrictions into importing this exotic hybrid into the EU, especially the UK.

Any Indian or Asian on here tried it?

I know a bit about this supplement. It is an extremely expensive herb and, as far as I know, works a bit like ginseng. I don’t think its effects are specifically pro-sexual, though. It is more like a general supplement that gives you more energy, or for longevity.
