Can you post a link Jay? I am curious about what the daily values of which vitamins it contains? Given it’s name, I suspect it’s high in Arginine. If you are looking for a NO boost (which typically people taking Arginine are), citrulline (a metabolite of Arginine) is more easily converted:

I personally did’t see any improvement in my EQ with arginine, and the jurry is still out with citrulline in my book.
Multivitamins for men aren’t just for EQ though, there are so many other factors to Men’s heath that are important when considering a multi.
Although I put my recommendation for 21 century multi for men, there are actually a lot of things I don’t like about this product, and would love to hear other men’s recommendations for better, yet still cost effective products out there on the market.
I know there are better ones out there for men. Please guys share your experiences, and recommendations, and evidence.
Thanks in advance.
