What's best to reduce refracotory time?

I am older so my performance is not what it used to be. I just wonder what is there to reduce refractory time between ejaculations if any?

From the chemical line up, you can always try Viagra (sildenafil) or Cialis (tadalafil). As you probably know, Viagra hits hard but only last for 4 hours and Cialis is a little more subtle, but can provide erection benefits for up to 3 days. Each one may reduce your refractory time, but you never know unless you give them a try.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I am probably one of the older, active members posting regularly here. My refractory time, at times, is only a matter of hours, and never more than 12-18 hours. I attribute that to the extent which I do jelqing and Kegels. When I started here 20 months ago I never would have believed the results which I have experienced if someone had told me that it was possible. I also did not have morning wood at all.

I have had a gastrointestinal virus for the past 5 days so things have been very rough in that area. Before that it was possible to edge for 20-30 minutes several times a day with an extremely hard erection. When edging I would not ejaculate.

Thanks guys ATM I take Tribulus as part of my gym routine and I get good results and as gprent states I do not want to take cialis yet although this girl wants me to come twice in succession I have never tried before but I did come twice in a row about six months ago suffice to say I was super horny LOL!

HGW, Maca and stay well hydrated - my refrac time is between 5-10 minutes.

41 years old, non-smoker, moderately fit (about to get back into the gym to get to work on that), ocassional alcohol use. Diet helps a lot - my erection tells the tale when I’ve been eating healthy versus not so healthy.

Prolactin is the hormone that is responsible for the refractory period.
As gprent said above, a PDE5 inhibitor such as sildenafil will work well to reduce refractory perioids, but you can also target prolactin directly.

There have been discussions of this here in the past, so have a search, but pharmaceuticals such as pramipexole, bromocriptine and cabergoline will lower prolactin serum levels. Chasteberry, high doses of vitamin B6, Maca and zinc are some non-pharmaceutical things that are known to aid prolactin reduction. Supplement with zinc and some of the other natural ones and see how you go.

Prior to developing ED, I found that if I did a long kegel as I started to ejaculate I was able to reduce the amount that I actually ejaculated. Apparently, by retaining some of the ejaculate I was able to reduce the refractory time by about half.

Now that I have ED, all I need do is pump up my dick, slip on a tight tension band, and I am ready to go again.

I often “forgot” to kegel. My mind told me that a bird in hand is worth two in the bush.

The way to reduce refractory time is to never allow yourself to get to that stage. If prolonged sex is the goal you will have to learn to dry ejaculate or stave off the “no return” climax. Its pretty easy to learn and the sex is much more incredible in every way, but you have to relearn or develop a new process in your biological/physical reactions to sex.
