What supplements should I consider

Hi guys, I’ve been here for some time now, but haven’t posted yet. I’m wondering if any of you could suggest any supplements for getting rock hard erections, be it herbal or other to consider. I’m also wondering if I start taking any of the supplements, will I have to keep on taking them for ever?
I have read that some use ginseng and ginkgo. I would appreciate any information.

zinc, spirulina, lecithin, maca are all great.

I’d try zinc and lecithin first….then add maca and/or spirulina if you feel you still need or want a boost.

Hey basically if you want to get noticeable better erections, L-arginine, Panax Ginseng (Korean Ginseng), Ginkgo biloba will give you a better erection after just a few day’s of supplementing.

Make sure your getting all the vitamin’s you need also, do you take any other supplements? like fish oil and a b-complex?

Oh and yeah of course you have to continue taking supplements to receive the benefit from them.
