What is it with Supplements?

What is it with Supplements?

Alright, here’s something that’s constantly been bugging me and on my mind.

I know that supplements generally don’t “make your penis bigger” alone. Cause I’m sure the whole supplement concept is in regards to “If you exercise, you’ll get more gains cause we’re helping your restoration/gains with the supplements.” Like protein shakes and the like for working out… My thoughts were that it might be the same with PE, and supplements that are specifically there for certain tissues in your body. However, I know that it ALL might be bull crap, and the supplements you see on tv are just like the multi-vitamins that they sell us, but with certain emphasis on things that may not even help.

For instance (figuratively speaking), if your hair, nails, and skin were all improved by eating blueberries, perhaps that might help with your PE gains in terms of if you exercise (the blueberry)? I have no idea, hence why I ask…

Are there supplements out there that specifically target the tissue in the penis, and actually have a potential to help with your PE gains?

Thoughts, comments, answers. Throw ‘em out there! Preferably those who can shed some light on the subject as a whole, rather than a single sentence. Trying to learn here people! (For the sake of other people as well, of course) :P

Thanks in advance :)

Perhaps this board may hold some answers for you?

The only one I can think of is Topical Steroids (steroidal creams) applied directly to the penis. I’ve never used it and I’ve never heard of anyone who has so I can’t argue on its’ effectiveness.

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

A lot of things can help in PE: vit E, Arginina, Muira Puama, Damiana, Tongkat ali, Epimediium, Saw Palmetto, and many other,, improving testosterone, blood circulation, stamina, all good things in PE exercise and in sexual life

1st quote
“Supplement that target the tissue in the penis”.I don’t think there is any specific supplement to target tissue in the penis. "Jelq” and “stretch” are the answer.trust me!!

2nd quote

"Are there any supplements which have the potential to help your PE gains”?

Yes there are some. Most people tend to go to sexual supplements such as: L-arginine, horny goat weed, maca, ginseng etc..

If I was you I would spend time doing new research and draw up my on own PE supplements. If I could suggest any good formula I would go for “Zinc”+L-arginine+Maca

Zinc - helps on sperm production therefore has directly impact on penis erection and testosterone production
L-arginine - flow your dick with blood flow, it will help while you are sleeping and boost night erection
Maca- boost libido and tend to rise free testosterone and improve erection..

Those three supplement combine well so think about that!!

Last one..

Make sure you exercise hard as you can try to boost your heart rate and improve blood circulation in your entire body

And stay away from scam pills so called “penis Enlargement”

ED drugs (Viagra/Cialis, etc) aid in PE. I wouldn’t characterize them as suppliments, as in natural potions, herbs, and snake oils though. Something that targets the penis tissues, and has the potential to aid in PE for certain, those would be ED drugs.

Vitamin C is essential for the optimal synthesis of collagen and elastin.

Scorbutic rats (vitamin C deficient) were found to create structurally deficient collagen (and elastin?) during wound healing.

"At autopsy, after careful removal of the scab, the tissue within the border of
The wound marked by the tattoo was excised. It was markedly different in
Appearance and consistency in the deficient and non-deficient groups. In the
Deficient group it was very friable, and in the non-deficient control group it was
Quite firm."

Friable: easily broken up

The authors found that healed wounds in vitamin C deficient rats had healed tissue that was easily broken up. If human tissue behaves the same way, then the healed micro-tears in the cavernosa and tunica may be structurally deficient in persons deficient in vitamin C. Structurally weak micro-tears may re-tear causing a no-gain situation, or necessitating extra-long healing times. One may also posit that reasonable supplementation of vitamin C may help produce structurally sound tissue repair in the recovering penis.

Thanks for that piece of info!

Now I’m trying to figure out if most of my gains came at a time of moderate/high vitamin c consumption.

I posted a thread about this, but perhaps extreme vasodilators could work.
