Weight Training Supps & PE Gains

I take a lot of nutritional supplements for weight training. I’ve been doing PE for about 6 weeks with dramatic results. I’ve gained .5” in length (BPEL) and just over .25” in girth. I figured I’d spend a few moments and list the supplements I take for training, as they may or may not relate directly to the great PE results I’ve gotten so far.

90 minutes prior to workout:
Beta-Hydroxymethylbutyrate (HMB), 2000mg
Suma extract, 200mg
Green Tea extract, 120mg
Moomiyo, 50mg
Ashwagandha extract, 100mg

60 minutes prior:
L-Arginine, 5g
L-Glycine, 1g
L-Methionine, 150mg
Choline, 150mg
Moomiyo, 100mg
Golden Root extract, 25mg
Siberian Ginseng extract, 50mg
Inosine, 500mg
Enzyme-hydrolyzed whey protein (peptides), 1000mg

5 minutes prior:
L-Glutamine, 1200mg
L-Leucine, 450mg
L-Isoleucine, 225mg
L-Valine, 225mg

After Workout:
I drink an anabolic powder shake including dietary proteins, glucose polymers and other carbohydrates, branched chain amino acids, creatine, medium-chain triglycerides and digestive enzymes. There’s too much to list here. I’d be happy to get into more detail privately.

Before Bed:
Zinc, 5mg
Niacin, 20mg
Moomiyo, 100mg
L-Arginine, 1200mg
L-Ornithine, 600mg
Oatgrass extract, 200mg
Nettles extract, 50mg
Siberian Ginseng extract, 25mg
Ashwaganda extract, 50mg
Saw Palmetto extract, 100mg
Wild Yam extract, 50mg
Vanadium, 200mcg

Well, besides my multi-vitamins that’s pretty much it. Obviously I don’t buy all this stuff seperately ;) However, I thought I’d share with everyone what I’ve been taking for training, as I’ve had great results ever since I added PE to my daily routine.

i’m not easy to get such medicine so pls how it easy to get my PE health and more bigger than usual.


I started getting tired of PE routine, so I just did it once and awhile, maybe 1 time a week, with some light stretching every now and then. I also take a good amount of weight lifting supplements and when I measured up this month because my stuff looked like it was bigger, and now its a 1/4” bigger both ways and I wasn’t really doing anything. Also it was right after I started the use of GNC brand of ZMA at the beginning of May.

In my daily supplements, I take NOX2 2 times a day, (4 pills). And Before bed I take casinate protein and about 8g of L-Arginine, and the ZMA which has a lot of stuff in it, but the basics are Zinc 30mg, Magnesium 60mg, and Copper 2mg. There are other things I take but it’s to much to type.

When I started taking ZMA I started waking up with the hardest erections ever. And I’ve always had this rare thing about me where waking up with erections were very very rare. Now it’s every morning.

After reading that very impressive list, I hope you don’t eat at McDonalds. Generally speaking, if it’s good for your body, it’s good for your cock. Train on!

How much money does it go to supplements each month with that setting?

He listed Creatine there. Its under “After Workout.” Trance, just out of curiousity, what is your weight training workout like? Mine is a three day week:

Day 1 - Back/Biceps, Core.
Day 2 - Triceps/Shoulders/Chest
Day 3 - Lower Body, Core, Cardio.

I try to work my core out a lot since I play tennis and its a very important part of my game. I also get a lot of my cardio out while I play tennis.

The only extra thing I take is Endurox after workouts. Its good for weight lifting so you can lift on consecutive days but it really shines for sports like swimming, biking and tennis. I can play a whole match one day and the next day, my muscles are ready for another. Get back to me. Later.

Most likely the weight lifting helped by increasing test production. It also helps promote circulation nd even extra blood volume in that vessels expand to serve added muscle. I work out for 3 years so hope this will help me as well.

Well, if all of those supplements work to make you bigger, would you think Anabolic Androgenic Steroids would help? Right now im on a 10 week cycle of Testosterone Propionate, Trenobolone and Equipose….I would love it if it works. I’ll respond after my cycle is up. Im not getting too excited tho since I havent grown in the past year….even when I was taking prohormones….

Exercise in and of it’s self may increase length and girth.Walking is very good for penile health as well as weight training, they all work together.

I take alot of stuff, but I think the supplement that lends the most to length and the reversal of ED is Vitamin c at 1 grahm per day. Some people take up to 3 grams per day, I also take 25mg of Zinc, together Vitamin C and Zinc inhibit Aromatase from converting Testosterone into Estrogen. Hard liquor and too much beer are estrogenic.

NSAIDS are also estrogenic, plastic is estrogenic and the saturated fat in the crap they make at certain fast food resturaunts can quikly clogg up those arteies in the penis.

So, keep exercising and stay away from burger joints as much as possible.

As men get older we have to try harder to keep things flowing through the circulatory system at a regular pace, Ed could be an indicater of cardiovascular disease.
