Vit C - good or bad for PE?
I recently read a few different posts regarding Vitamin C and its affects on PE, and collagen. Do any of the bio-pharma guys want to weigh in on this topic?
Myself, I’ve been taking the same GNC Multi for years and it has 833% of the daily Vitamin C needed and have always been a hard gainer. I’ve stopped taking it just to see what happens.
This thread talks about C, but I didn’t see any definitive assumptions regarding its affect on PE.
