Viagra, headache and Water

Viagra, headache and Water

I have heard that drinking a lot of water while taking Viagra may reduce headache. Anyone heard of this? I took V only once but had terrible headache after that(only 25mg). How much water and for how long has to be taken in order to reduce headache?

Perhaps the best way is to switch to Cialis.

Yes, the Cialis. Or maybe the problem is you need to get it into your system little by little.

I did that in the beginning somewhat. Still had a headache at times but not as severe. Don’t know about the water trick.

Man I tried two viagra at a time and it still did not work. What is the secret there.

I will have to try Cialis if water does not work but there still may be some headaches even with C as far as I know. The trick with water is that one should drink a lot of it before taking V and headache is not so annoying…at least that is what I found…

Dehydration can cause headache, Viagra or not.

So it just makes sense to be hydrated when taking a drug that might cause a headache.

If you have a bad headache problem from Viagra, why not take some Ibuprofen at the same time?

I increase my water consumption the whole day if I know I will be using Viagra. I also make sure I have a glass or two of water if I’m drinking alcohol just before we hit the sack. I will still feel a dull ache but not the severe headaches I used to get.

I am not sure if such drugs as ibuprofen would help…when taking Viagra you have headache from different reason than ‘normal’ headache…your veins are more open and you get more blood. Does anyone tried taking ibuprofen with Viagra?

I have. Ibuprofen works on most kinds of headaches. It works by the supression of prostaglandins that are involved in the sensation of pain.

I think hangover headaches are also increased blood flow headaches.

OK-thanks. And sorry for my English ;)
