Vein support for pumping to avoid red spots

Has anyone tried any herbal supplements with success to help avoid redspots when pumping? I’ve been pumping for a long time now and am not using a high amount of vacuum but lately it seems I see red spots even after a short duration. I’m now in my early 50’s and thinking age has something to do with this situation but also wondering if anyone has used any herbs like Horse Chestnut or something like that to help remedy this.

Horse Chestnut is good for veins and circulation but so many other products too, although I doubt it will address your problem directly.

Age is not your problem frequent pumping is.

Vitamin c and rutin works.

Just make sure you don’t take anything that works as a blood thinner because that will only make things worse.

I get no discoloration or red spots when pumping in the bath. I get some discoloration in the shower but when I use the pump while having the morning wash, this is when I get more discoloration and liable to red spots. A warm up using a jug of warm water first, reduces this and so does lower pressure. Maintenance during the day is to use a jug of warm water for whole of genitals several times and this restores the penis discoloration and jelqs reduce the spots if they occur .

The capillaries are getting older. I really don’t think much can be done.
