Varicose veins "treatment" creams and PE

Varicose veins "treatment" creams and PE

Varicose veins treatment gels like Troxevasin and Lioton 1000 do not actually treat the problem, but make people suffering from varicose veins feel better. Also the veins are more elastic and different associated problems are not so … say in front.

Well, I thought that what effect may those relaxing gels have on PE when used as lubricants for example. Any idea? I’m not in to the trying thins on my penis before knowing something about the steps I take beforehand. My idea is that using those gels can make your penis stand bigger damage that otherwise could lead to some problems which can set you off from PE. Thus one gains faster.

Have you started the Newbie Routine? You don’t want to use something that can make your penis withstand damage. You need to take it slow, because that’s the only way you’ll get constant growth. The last thing you want to do is injure yourself because you wanted to speed things up. Those products sound medicated to me. So if you don’t have the problem, don’t use them. Take it slow, read a lot, and happy gaining.

Erect: 7.625" BPEL and 4.875" EG BPFSL: 8.063 Short Term Goal: 7.75" x 5 Long Term Goal: BP 8.5 x EG 5.75

They are not products that I know anything about, so I can’t advise on whether they may be of use or not, but I would agree with kingdingaling on this.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Well, if you look at my signature, you shall notice that this is not the first day around for me here. Otherwise thnx for suggestions. What I’m actually expecting from this stuff is to be less prone to damage.

Before: I'd like to show you something I'm very proud of, but you'll have to move real close.

After: I\'d like to show you something I\'m very proud of, but you guys in the front row will have to stand back.

I’m with firegoat, I don’t know enough about these products to make an informed comment.

However, I can comment on the ‘dangers’ of going to fast, PE isn’t a sprint Karl, its a marathon. I would be concerned that if you use the creams to ‘relax’ the structures of the penis that you will get over zealous and get hurt. Then it is a long road to recovery and you basically start all over again after an injury.

“…….My idea is that using those gels can make your penis stand bigger damage that otherwise could lead to some problems which can set you off from PE. Stick with the newbie routine until you aren’t gaining anymore then change up something. You can’t rush perfection, remember that.

I agree that putting things on your penis that you don’t know anything about is crazy. Just understand that it is difficult to apply studies on any drug or herbal medicine on other unrelated problems (in this case varicose veins) onto the unique situation that we’re interested in (in this case PE).

The active ingredient to the gel Troxevasin is troxerutin is “a derivative of the extract from sophora japonica (Japanese pagoda tree) has been widely used in
Europe since the mid-1960s to manage a range of venous disorders” (http://www.linnea-worldwide.com/Pdfs/Troxerutin.pdf). It is a rutoside which is a specific flavonoid antioxidant.

As Karl has noted, it is used in people with varicose veins in the legs. The tortuous dilated veins in the legs of affect individuals cause swelling in the legs that is very uncomfortable. There are a number of treatments including compression stockings and surgical vein stripping (if they are so bad). Most people don’t want these veins ripped out so they will use anything to reduce the symptoms.

Troxerutin has two effects that have been “proven” (when I say this, I mean controlled studied compared to placebo).

It has been show to reduce the leak of fluid from capillaries resulting due to inflammation. It has been show that when given into the blood vessels (or by mouth), troxerutin inhibits the leak of fluid from capillaries by over 70% when compared to placebo (this is in animals). This effect has the potential of reducing the swelling caused by substances released during inflammation.

It is interesting that it has been shown to reduce the mucous production by 25% in a runny nose during the common cold (taken as a cold lozenge). This turns out to be about the same degree of effectiveness as most antihistamines used by many to relieve the symptoms of the runny nose. (Turner R, et al. Treatment of the common cold with troxerutin. APMIS 112 (2004) 605–11.)

The other effect appears to be its action on red blood cell clumping in varicose veins. When the veins in the legs get coiled and dilated if you get varicose veins, blood flow decreases. There is a clumping of the red blood cells which cause the blood to sludge its way through the veins even slower. Troxerutin seems to decrease the clumping of the blood cells and make blood flow flow better. This occurs when given orally or in the veins.

The effects of troxerutin on relieving symptoms of people with varicose veins is questionable. Some studies showed some positive results (but not statistically different than placebo; which in my mind means it doesn’t work) others show no symptom relief. All the studies I found used it orally, not as a gel. The effectiveness of a gel form has not been studied against placebo in any studies I found.

So why would I or would I not put this on my penis? If you believe it is because it will relax tissues and make PE more effective, you have no justification for this belief. It has no such actions.

If you believe that it will decrease fluid build up (edema) with inflammation caused by PE, I think you’re spitting in the wind (you get wet, but it doesn’t do you much good). First you would have to use it before you even started your PE routine. Second, if you are trying to reduce fluid leak from the capillaries in the penis caused by pumping, troxerutin would have no effect since it’s actions at the capillary is totally different than from the reason why fluid build up occurs when you pump.

I think that he use of troxerutin is a waste of your money.

Thanks, pudendum. I appreciate your thorough answers.
