There’s a study from 2009/2010 that shows fresh onion juice tripled serum testosterone in rats after 20 days.

The ergo-log.com site says 1g/kg/day for rats. I believe this works out to 0.16g/kg/day in humans because rats have faster metabolisms than us. I tried a 1g/kg dose today and mixed it with orange juice. It’s definitely palatable with the juice. Let me know if this works for you.

My father was an awesome physical specimen with circus strongman strength, When I was in junior high and high school; he was in his late thirties and early forties. At six feet, he weighed 215 to 220 pounds with a 30 inch waist. The man could pick up the front end of a heavy sedan, and once saw him bend over the front of a car (engine had been unbolted). pick up the engine, and then carry it about twenty five feet to set it down in a trailer. Always thought he must have had a hell of a lot of testosterone coursing through him. Oh, and by the way, the man had a fire hose between his legs. My father ate an unusual diet — a pretty healthy diet except for his usual breakfast of eight eggs and four burned black toast. And he ate a ton of raw onions. Put them on everything. May try adding a few raw onions to my diet.

Bad breath? Yes, can remember that my father often had ‘onion breath’. Probably one of the reasons that I always stayed clear of onions. So had made a mental note that while grocery shopping later today, along with purchasing any onions will be sure to pick up some of that new SmartMouth mouthwash that supposedly inhibits the formation of sulfur gas for 24 hours. If the onions work (and the mouthwash), may have to go to Costco and buy it by the case.

Raw parsley removes mouth odor immediately. It’s also a potent superfood.

Since you liked my father’s story, will pass on a few other notables. The things mentioned already were things that I personally witnessed. The following I was told:

My uncle, who was my father’s older brother, always talked about the time when as teenagers they had a flat tire. They were in a hurry to meet their girlfriends, so to save time my father picked up the back end of their car and held it up while my uncle quickly changed the tire.

During college summers, I worked for the same road construction company where my father worked. The older guys were always telling me stories. They related how once someone bet my father that he couldn’t pick up a truck engine that the company mechanics had just pulled from a ten yard dump truck. They said he not only picked it up, but for good measure then carried it from one end of the repair shop (a sizable building) and then back again before setting it down. The man had unbelievable strength.

Can honestly say, never in my whole life did i ever give my dad any lip.

Hey low-hanging fruit, good stuff!

In addition to PE-ing, I’m on a quest to increase my ball size so that they’re more proportional to my pecker. One of the studies noted the increased size of the test subject’s testicles which logically goes hand in hand with increased testosterone production. So I’m seeing this as an opportunity for the win-win of a physical ball size increase that some of us are looking for as well as getting the great physical/health/sexual benefits that more T gives a man.

I’m curious if you understand the juice they created to be juiced onions (as in, liquefying onions and consuming what’s produced by this, pulp and all) or the juice strained out of onions that have been pulverized (as in leaving onion solids behind after filtering the liquid)? It may not matter but knowing how that many micronutrients work, I suspect the entirety of the onion is most effective compared to just drinking juice only (no solids)… You’re take?

For the conversion-challenged, how many grams of onions yields a comparable dosage if you’re doing the calculation for body weight in pounds instead of in kilograms?

Thoughts on if cooking onions reduces the T-enhancing effect?

The raw onions just may increase your testicle size, For the past five days have added just one fourth of a raw onion each day to my lunch. Have also made some other minor modifications to my diet, and have begun doing five minutes of deep massage around the groin area each day to increase blood flow. Have already noticed a difference. Much more energy. Moving exercise weights up faster, and feeling no muscle or joint soreness. And even though will probably be called out as exaggerating, would swear my testicles are growing. Woke up at three this morning with a raging erection, and my nut sack was huge. Must be entering my second puberty. LOL

My father was a farm boy, and although I can’t honestly say for sure, my guess is that he did eat onions when he was quite young. He ate onions like apples. My mom always chopped up a cereal sized bowl of raw onions, and my dad would pour them on top of his mashed or fried potatoes. During the summer, he’d pack a large bunch of green onions from our garden in his lunch. And when he ate an omelet, it was always a Denver omelet.

This is fascinating. Just put (2) yellow onions on the grocery list! What color did your old man eat?!

8x6Dream — I believe that most of the onions that he ate were the store bought yellow onions. However, during the summer he loved our garden onions with the green tops that are also eaten. So far, I’m just consuming the sweet onions that I purchased at the store. Working my way up to the stronger flavored yellow onions as I’m just guessing they might also be more potent. Have also begun to eat a cruciferous vegetable every day. Supposedly they contain a compound that inhibits estrogen type substances that many processed foods contain that would otherwise lower your natural testosterone level.

Onions ? Wow, I will try for sure and notice if I have some testosterone gains !

Cold and testosterone production

Just returned from a brisk morning walk. It’s in the very early thirties here, and feels cold enough to freeze off a man’s nuts. Got me to thinking, “Well, at least my body is probably producing a tad more testosterone”. Yes, it has been shown that cold testicles produce more testosterone. Not nearly as much as the raw onion juice produced in rats, but still significant. Years back, in the days just prior to competition, Soviet weightlifters would bathe their nuts in ice water. Boosted their testosterone by 15 to 20%.
