Tribulus Terrestris and testosterone levels?

I don’t think tribulus is strong enough to treat full blown ED. I think it works more on neurotransmitters like dopamine. I know surely that when I use it I get a boost in libido ,but unfortunately accompanied by nasty vivid dreams which make me sleep less overall.
