Topical creams for sensitivity?

Simple question: are there any topical creams for increased sensitivity? I seem to have a bit of low sensitivity on the glans. I sometimes have a hard time cumming during sex, when I masturbate I cum from stroking the shaft only, not the glans.

Maybe it’s the dreaded venous leakage, my glans in often soft when the rest is hard, and it rarely gets that “shiny” look. But I want to try this and see if it works.
In Sweden there’s a product called L-argiplex Gel. You’re supposed to put it on your glans, it works in 5-15 minutes and is said to last an hour.

Any thoughts or tips?

I would be interested too if there is anything claiming to restore sensitivity.

It seems to me that all there is available is ineffective product. Either it is arginine (doesn’t really increase sensitivity) or it is menthol (rubbing Vicks on your dick, basically).

It might have something to do with the pudendal nerve. I think it runs from your butt to the tip of your penis. Touched your perineum lately? It can be bad news if you do that.

I don’t know what will fix it, but I’m trying:

Topical pharmaceutical grade fish oil mixed with DMSO
Vitamin B6, B12, folic acid (a B complex, 50mg each vitamin)
Acetyl L carnitine arginate or just acetyl l carnitine (ALC) 1.5g (too much gives me restless legs)
Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) 600mg
L-carnosine 500mg
Calcium ascorbate 4g (a type of vitamin c)
Sam-e 200-400mg

No tea, smoking, or coffee.

All of it is meant to help restore the myelin sheath around nerves. The l-carnosine, ALA, and ALC are supposedly good for nerve regeneration in addition to restoring the myelin sheath. I expect it to take ages to work, if at all.

To give a boost to erections I take:
1/2 to 1 cup of pomegranate juice (for improved nitiric oxide production)
1g inosine (to block norepinephrine, and increase histamine release)
100mg pycnogenol (for dopamine)

So many things (sigh)

I was seated and masturbating. To stop myself from going over the edge, I pressed my perineum too hard I guess. Wasn’t painful, it was relaxing. I noticed my glans go soft relative to the shaft.

To give me a boost, I also replace the B complex with 100mg B6 for extra dopamine, and cialis makes my erections last longer and start a little more easily. I don’t get any sun, so I take 3000iu of vitamin D3 and 1g of calcium daily. This keeps parathyroid hormone levels in check which is important because too much of this hormone slows down neurogenesis.

And I just started consistently taking 25mg l-ornithine + 500mg ALC before bed for growth hormone. This is good for nerve regeneration too.

Definitely improvements when I’m on all the supplements. I’ve just started taking all of them within the last few days (the boosters only when needed), so there’s not likely to be any permanent improvements.

My arousal and libido seem to be permanently down from what it was before. It’s difficult to say for sure because my arousal and libido were already damaged from excessive PE, and I’ve been on various supplements for so long that I don’t know exactly what I was like without them.
