You weren’t rude, and for the most part I agree.

If I have a question about a carburetor I wouldn’t ask or search for the answer within a cooking forum.

I can easily find out what various sources have to say about zinc intake, and so can anyone. The original poster evidently didn’t bother to even search for and read the previous discussions about zinc here at Thunder’s.

Everyone reading this has access to a fantastic research tool: the Internet. If you are my age or older you remember the library having card catalogs. We’ve come a long way since. There is a lot of good info to be found if you aware of and effectively utilize the resources available.

Perhaps someone should start a thread about how to find useful info online. Searching tips and such. Might be interesting.

That is good information I didn’t know before, but I’m sure they don’t cancel each others. There was said in your quote, that they compete each other not cancel. So they are still used, but much less efficiently and big amounts of both gets wasted.

Make sure it is actually 50 mg of element Zinc, thats the number that really matters. I am taking Zinc Sulfate which is 100mg but only comes out to 22.5 mg of element Zinc. The amount to equal element zinc is different by company. If it says Zinc ____ something, it is not elemental, just Zinc = elemental, if that makes sense.

i appologize, but i did use the search and found different opinions on too much zinc (100, 200, etc.) so i figured it be a good thing to ask under the suppliments category, since a lot of PE users use zinc to help with their workout. Thanks for the help though, i learned quite a bit.

I was previously taking Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 30mg by GNC. I noticed this made me nauseated almost every time even tho it did increase my cum load somewhat. I want to try something different this time and was wondering if there was something anyone here would recommend?

I am currently looking at 2 options from iherb.com, since I tend to order from them often and am very happy with their fast service.

Could someone suggest which of the 2 below would be better?

Natural Factors, Zinc (as zinc HVP chelate), 25 mg, 90 Tablets

or

Now Foods, Zinc (from L-Opti Zinc Monomethionine), 30 mg, 100 Capsules
This one also contains 300 mcg Copper (as Amino Acid Chelate)

Any advise would be much appreciated. Thanks.
