I’m still tearing my hair out trying to figure out what most people find is their effective dosage. Everyone says they’re taking this but rarely do they say how much!

But the dosage recommendations are uselessly varied:

I’ve compiled notes from a dozen members and got
200:1 from .6g to 4.8g
100:1 from .16g to .75g
50:1 anywhere from .8g to 6.4g

Can we put our heads together and narrow this down a bit?

It also happens to contain no answers and in hindsight wasn’t the right topic for my question.

I also have no basic forum options like “delete” “edit” or “move” in my UI.

This sounds like a typical case of asking 10 people the same question and getting 10 different answers. The best way to handle that is take the average and move on.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’m not trying to be difficult, but I have read those threads, and what little is mentioned about dosage is very conflicting, speculative, or imprecise, and this is my point.

Not once have I seen someone say “I tried 100:1 for X amount of mg per day and saw X affect in EQ” etc. References to dose neglect to mention which concentration, and references to concentration neglect dosage! We have a mountain of encouraging anecdotes but no general idea of where to aim in our dosing. What makes it even more difficult is that 50:1, 100:1, and 200:1 are not twice and four times the concentration, there’s a variance, and no one knows just what it is.

I think we have a plenty of people with experience with information on what helps growth and what helps EQ, but no way to collect it.. Maybe we should have stickies with polls? Or a more concrete, survey page built into the site so anyone who’s seen success with a supplement or practice can add their info and we can combine actual, helpful stats on things.. Heck, it would be really cool to see the percentage of members who use jelqing, pumping, hanging, clamping, etc.. And we’d be able to see average gains relating to each primary exercise.. Supplements would be similar but even more accurate, since a dose in mg is more precise than “30 minutes of jelqs”.

I’m a curious person but I’d like to see something like this and be able to help each other more effectively.

I read way more negative then positive about tongkat ali and believe it to be a waste of money for PE purposes or for your sexual health in general. I tried it many years ago. I remember it was a hassle just to find a fairly reputable source and then with all of the strange strength dosing numbers I was pretty confused as what to buy. Whatever I did end up getting, it didn’t do anything for me and that was the end of that experiment.

You can give it a shot if you want to, but don’t expect any miracles. As a matter of fact, don’t expect anything other then a little less money in your pocket.

With all due respect, I think supplements and nutrition are heavily dependent on other factors, including genetics, and definitely require trial and error to determine what, if anything, works for you.

To narrow this down systematically would be quite resource intensive. The recommendations vary by a magnitude of ten. It is also noted that the effects are unnoticed for the first few weeks of use. Not to mention the expense of trying the larger amounts. The cheapest source I’ve found offers 650mg capsules for about 30 cents each. That’s 2 dollars a week minimum and $20 per week at the upper end.

Supposing most people don’t see benefits below a mega-dose, they’d have to spend several months ramping up and cycling before they knew it was worthwhile, and 90% of people would give up if there was no one saying “this is how much it took”. It’s quite possible this is a big reason few people are successful at finding what works, and why so many people arrogantly write off supplements in general.

Dude, you ate way over thinking this. Go to and order a bottle of one of their strengths & give it a try.

I’m just starting tongkat and something is definitely going on down there. In a week, I’ve gone from a dribbler to a shooter once again!

I have some Tongkat Ali and take about 1/3 of a teaspoon in the mornings with my protein

I’ve been having a hard time sleeping with 2 1:200 capsules a day. I’m taking 2 days off and will start back with 1 and go 5 days.
