I’ve tried it and liked it a lot. Make sure to cycle it though (5 days on, 2 off or 10 days on 4-5 days off).

It’s worked for me. I take a liquid version now, which my distributor claims to be more effective. Used to do pill form earlier.

I’ve gotten the advice from other PEers to start at a low dose, in the case of capsules/pills (1:50).

As for the effects, T does feel higher. I’ve gained quite a bit of muscle. Definitely hornier, which may or may not be an advantage. I guess it depends on whether you have a steady girlfriend.

Hmm funny,

I take 1g of vitex to REDUCE my sex drive as my testosterone levels are too high (before I could masturbate 4 times a day easily), now it’s back to normal (once every other day) and my PE gains have not been affected at all. Unless there is a really good reason why you want to increase testosterone do not because it just means more aggression, more angst and feeling unnecessarily horny.

I have recently started taking the full extract 1:200 for my first week now, cycle 7days on 4days off. So far I feel more energy and a slight more sex drive, but this still only my first week.

I started taking BoostUltimate from Amazon. It contains 400 mg of Tongkat Ali but it doesn’t say in what concentration. It had good reviews but I guess time will tell. I uploaded the ingredients (Hope I did it right). It doesn’t contain any Yohimbe, that’s good. Has anyone else tried this stuff?
