I have been using Tongkat Ali one day a week as part of a cycle where I take a different supplement 5 days out of 7 following cycling advice from Mark Wilson. Believe I have got some benefit but with this rotation is difficult to work out which one(s) is (are) doing the heavy lifting. If I were to take it on a number of consecutive days how long should I need before I get an obvious effect? I have been using one by Biovea which is easy to get here in Australia via the net.
Not keen on Yohimbe which I gather is banned here in Australia. I gather it works by increasing blood pressure.
