Tonalin CLA vs Omega-3-6
I’ve heard alot of good with both Tonalin CLA and Omega-3-6 fatty acid supplements. Both have a safflower oil blend (Tonalin has a proprietary blend) but there are some more oils like Olive and Salmon in the Omega blends. Tonalin CLA has been promoted as a body fat reducing supplement and Omega-3-6 as essential fatty acids. Anyone has any opinions on which supplement to take, or experiences? My goals are to stay healthy and reduce body fat, however I don’t eat alot of fish so I know I’m missing some essential fatty acids.
