I took about 5mg of liquid tadalafil to test for the first time and it gave me good eq. But it left me with a headache. I will try 2.5mg next time. Is it safe to take Tylenol to ease the headache?

Mine is 30mg/ml and I take about 1/3 ml which is 10mg and don’t remember getting a headache from it before. I probably took about 30mg the other day because I was finishing off a bottle, but had no undesirable sides.
I don’t think Tylenol would be a bad thing to take for headaches, but determining why you have a headache might be worth determining first.

It’s 30ml strength but I took 5ml measured on my kitchen scale. I thought 1g =1ml so I measured out 5g for 5ml. Seems like my conversions were way off since u say 1/3 ml is 10mg.

No I’m not but I do take citrulline and beetroot juice. I scaled back the citrulline since I took the tadalafil.

It looks like you took 150 mg! I’m glad you’re OK. You should have 90 doses in the bottle if you take as much as I do. I usually take 10 mg because it gives a noticeable effect without being overwhelming and this can last for about 36 hours. Cialis comes in 5, 10, and 20 mg dosages and I think the 5 mg is what they call “for daily usage.”

Holy sh*t! I am glad the only negative effect you suffered was a headache. That could have gotten scary so I am glad it just turned out to be an expensive mistake.
Are you using Iron Dragon? If so, one pump delivers a 5mg dose, so that is the easiest way to squirt your dose directly into your mouth.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I use Taldalafil myself recreationally. My advice is 10mg, if you’re healthy, is plenty. A normal “clinical” dose is 20mg, but recreational use if you don’t have ED, 5 to 10 is all you need, and beyond that you won’t get better erections and will get headaches. I don’t use Tylenol but I recommend drinking more water and avoiding alcohol while using it.

There are some prescription drugs that have Tylenol as part of their ingredients. Regardless, it’s a very bad idea to take 150mg of Tadalafil as a single dose which is what this thread was about.
What is considered the maximum dose of tadalafil one should have if they don’t have an inherent ED problem?
