Supplements

Sorry if I shouldn't ask this here

Sorry if this is the wrong place but I’m not really sure where to ask and I can’t create a topic in this forum. You all seem to know the right supplements to take. I am going to be starting a program and I’m not really sure what supplements to take to start off. I tried noting down all the ones I’ve seem mentioned but then realised this would be incredible expensive.

Are there any particular supplement I should take to help me out and get me started?

Sorry if I have annoyed anyone asking this here.

Hey robc, just what are you wanting from the various supplements? A basic vitamin mineral supplement is a good start.

Then add other supplements herbals that you may want to add after reviewing etc.

Just anything really that would help with PE and all around health but a bit confused as to whats best even after reading alot of the topics on here. Also I don’t want to end up taking supplements and having them react badly with each other. Thank you for the vitamin tip though.

I heard that Korean Red Ginseng also works well with Male vitality. I am currently using it because Yohimbe was making my blood pressure too high.

Can I ask where did you get your tribulus from?

Do you have information about any of the following supplements:
Human chorionic gonadotropin
Clomid

I hear they help increase the size of one’s testicles. I am not sure and would like to know the results for anyone who has tried it.

If you suffer from testicular atrophy, from eg. Improper steroid use or advanced hypogonadism. Do yourself a favor, don’t play with endocrine system unless you know _exactly_ what are you doing, so go to the doc and have proper bloodwork done.

Has anyone here tried ProCalisx or Stamina-Rx and what were the results? ProCalisx is suppose to be like a herbal OTC Cialis.

Thanks

Having done a lot of reading and benefited from the tremendous amount of knowledge present on the board, I thought I’d attempt to return the favor, however small. I’ve not seen the Lysine/Carnitine connection documented here (perhaps I simply missed the thread or didn’t use the correct search string), but after doing a little research on the right combination of supplements, I stumbled upon these gems:

"Lysine is an essential amino acid, which means that it is essential to human health but cannot be manufactured by the body. For this reason, lysine must be obtained from food. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Lysine is important for proper growth and it plays an essential role in the production of carnitine, a nutrient responsible for converting fatty acids into energy and helping to lower cholesterol. Lysine appears to help the body absorb and conserve calcium and it plays an important role in the formation of collagen, a substance important for bones and connective tissues including skin, tendon, and cartilage." - http://www.umm. edu/altmed/arti … sine-000312.htm

Knowing what we know about fatty acids’ importance to semen (among other things), I’d say carnitine synthesis is pretty darned important.

"Hepatic synthesis of carnitine from protein-bound trimethyl-lysine. Lysosomal digestion of methyl-lysine-labelled (sic) asialo-fetuin." -

I’m sure that a lot of you are aware of how important Vitamin C is in our day to day life, but the following link really drives it home:

It’s shown to be essential in Carnitine synthesis, hydroxylation of Lysine ( http://en.wikip … i/Hydroxylation ), as well as for cardiovascular health. After doing a cursory glance at all this information, it seems to me that all three would be of utmost interest to this community, which is why I posted it here.

I guess my question from reading all this is ‘How many other supplements have this type of overlap?" I was considering buying some L-Carnitine, but after having read this information, I don’t see the point. It seems I can increase my L-Lysine dosage slightly and save myself some money. It also appears to be the same for L-Arginine —> L-Ornithine synthesis.

Thoughts or comments?

Sorry if I am treading on any toes, however does anyone know of a decent Calis supplier within the UK I have come across a few websites however I am not too certain about whether they are legit. as we all know there are a lot of fake ass websites in existence.

As anyone come across the following http://viagrafa st.easywebstore … afil_A4AIQ.aspx

I thank you in advance for the input.

Phenyo, a good starting place to see if they are legit.

Email them, if they reply, good,,,and I noticed a phone #.try that.

Thanks Webslave, I will try them again tomorrow, when I called that number it had diverted to a mobile phone answering machine but its ok I will try them again and provide some feedback there after. In saying all of this I still subscribe to the belief that airsealed.com have the best deal for Cialis in Europe, however I am going to try their stuff soon.

I just ran across something called “Libido Stim-M”. Does anyone have any experience with this product? It basically just seems like a mix of others.
