People go above and beyond for simple things. Arginine can be found in fruit and lean meat. Watermelon has the highest amount. Want more arginine get more citrus in your body because it helps produce more arginine. Why take supplements when you can make your body produce more of what you’re looking for? Who’s to say that’s even arginine in there? Get you some berries, lemon juice and watermelon, blend that shit up and drink a cup of that everyday I bullshit you not, your veins will open up like the girl you lost your virginity to. I ate watermelon everyday for a week straight and my penis wouldn’t stay soft to save my life. Its because my veins were opening up and able to get an excellent blood flow. I’m against supplements, especially when you can produce these things with a better effort

Bryce, I appreciate your holistic approach. Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food. People seem to miss the point that there are countless intertwined benefits from eating a diet rich in plants. A google search for “foods high in no” or “foods high in nitric oxide” reveals that the foods you want to eat to boost nitric oxide in the body are super foods that should already be incorporated into a diet promoting optimal health, regardless of their bearing on one’s dick.

I have a question so I see a lot of people recommend taking zinc to increase loads. Does anyone else get tired from zinc ? I’m only using 10mg tabs

The Zinc supplements I take say you should take them before bed. Most people recommend this also.

Just be a bit careful taking zinc. Too much and it does some really bad things to your nerves! ( neurotoxin)

I was taking zinc as part of a stack to increase loads. I would purposefully take it a bit before bed to relax me and improve sleep.

I have 2 question:
1. Have anyone tried Superior Amino 2222? Was it good or not for PE?
2. Dose dosage of l-arginine have optimum amount?
I use 10 tabs amino 2222 (= 600 mg )+ 2400mg arginine (liquid arginine) = 3000 mg arginine + other amino acids

Am I do right or not?

You have to cycle zinc, as prolonged zinc use will cause iron levels to drop. This is why the other poster complained of feeling tired taking zinc - he is not allowing his body to absorb iron.
