Supplements

I’ve been using a product called Enpulse which is made by Rivalus specifically because they are 100% WADA & IOC COMPLIANT. I would rather skip banned substances all together and not have to worry about what I’m purchasing online or at the store. Perhaps some you care or don’t but I thought it was worth mentioning if you are looking for high quality and most importantly clean. They are expensive though which is the downside but it is what is. Like mentioned in previous pages it’s always cheaper to buy the ingredients individually and even make your own capsules but this is purely down to convenience I suppose.

I’m on week 3 so far and decided on using it to help with bouncing back from using Propecia which is well documented on causing a host of sexual dysfunction problems in a decent percent of men. I believe it’s around 20% under common side effects but don’t quote me on this.

When I lived in New Zealand I found a zinc supplement that made my coppers gland go into 24 hour dance disco mode which was pretty effective. It’s a mixture of different types of zinc which I imagine plays into effect. It’s under the brand name Blackmores. The ingredient list is as follows:

1.)Zinc amino acid chelate
(zinc 25 mg)
125 mg
2.)Magnesium phosphate
(magnesium 25 mg)
122 mg
3.)Manganese amino acid chelate
(manganese 2 mg)
20 mg
4.)Retinyl acetate
(vitamin A 750 µg RE, 2500 IU)
860 µg
5.)Pyridoxine hydrochloride
(vitamin B6)
50 mg

I haven’t really found a zinc tablet to equal it’s effectiveness but their is obviously a wide range of ingredients above that don’t really come to mind for increasing sperm production / volume. Hope this helps, cheers.

What’s the difference between Korean ginseng to Korean red ginseng and which one of them is better?

Anyone know of a reliable web that sells original Cialis , Viagra or levitra?

About which supplement/ingredients are you talking?

Supplements are a waste of money and are probably placebos. If you want arginine, eat turkey and watermelon. Turkey breast has 14 grams of arginine in it. Watermelon is high in it too. Eat a shit load of berries, this produces an amino acid that produces more arginine. Put the supps down and change your lifestlye

Google finds a crapload of articles all stating the same, and false 16 grams of Arginine per serving. Lies spreading just like that on the internet, who would have thought! A serving being quoted as anywhere between 100 and 300 grams. The only reliable source I’ve found is this one: Turkey breast Nutrition Facts - Eat This Much. 300 grams of turkey breast containing 92 grams of protein, of which 4.7 grams are arginine (amino acids are proteins). I doubt water melons contain much proteins, but I can’t find any reliable data.

If you want to have your daily intake of arginine (and I am using the stuff, it works!) it’s far cheaper to get your needed 1.5-3 grams via a tablet than via turkey breast. Unless you are a turkey farmer.

note: I study medicine, will be honest and skeptical, but I never mean to offend :) My picture thread: TCG's pictures, gains and rants.

So, you discredit the internet while quoting it? I didn’t say protein I said arginine. It may be cheaper but I’m a natural person. I’m against taking something that my body will produce more of if I eat right. This is not just me guessing, this is my lifestyle change. And amino acids aren’t proteins per set but they are part of the process. They are either found in them or found triggering them but they aren’t proteins I can promise you that. That Juno start the healing process and oxidate the body

Tnx Cereal for good link. Bryce got some logic issues, and don’t read patiently. And maybe he is turkey farmer… :-)

But my question is: Does anybody use some natural (herbs, vits and other ) supplements to improve night and morning wood. Of course, not to takes me awake all night, I need to sleep all night long.

Just bought some L-Theanine. Is it ok to take two 100mg pills at once so you can reach the 200mg recommendation?

Also, I took some today and I didn’t feel any different. So I’m not sure what to think of this product. I did take them with with a hair growth pill though, and I took them right after a meal. Maybe that affected it.

L-Arginine

L-arginine is a non-essential amino acid, naturally occurring in certain pulses and fruit. It serves many important functions in the body, helping to regulate the immune system and liver, and facilitating increase in muscle mass whilst reducing body fat. It also forms Nitric Oxide, an essential requirement for sexual function in both sexes. It has a strong reputation for enhancing erections in men and increasing orgasmic response in women.

Nitic Oxide dilates arteries and regulates cell function throughout the body. Increased production improves circulation to the body’s vital organs, including heart, brain and sexual organs. Nitric Oxide is also a compound naturally produced in the blood vessels which helps to maintain the blood flow and delivery of oxygen throughout the entire body.

Positive Effects

  • Precursor for the synthesis of Nitric Oxide
  • Stimulation of the release of HGH and insulin.
  • Improves immune function.
  • Assists in neutralizing ammonia in the liver.
  • Regulates the activity of the thymus gland.
  • Stabilization of blood pressure.

Possible Side Effects
  • Nausea reported at high does.
  • HGH related side effects.

Pharmacology
When ingested, L-Arginine is delivered into the blood stream and can pass through the blood-brain barrier, after which it serves to stimulate the pituitary gland to release HGH. L-Arginine is also a direct precursor to the potent Nitric Oxide.

The "L" in the name is representative of the chemical structure, which is that the backbone is oriented amino(left) to carboxy(right).

The category of HGH products using amino acids is called "secretagogues," which stimulate the pituitary gland to produce HGH. Studies show that certain amino acid combinations such as L-lysine and L-arginine, L-ornithine and L-glutamine can stimulate pituitary HGH.

Dosage
L-arginine is usually well tolerated in doses as high as 3000 to 6000 mg per day. A dosage of 3000 to 4000 mg daily is needed for the growth hormone effect.

L-arginine may be taken in combination with L-Ornithine or L-lysine. If taken twice a day a quantity of 500 to 1000 mg of each is acceptable. Alternately it may be taken before bed at a larger dose of 1000 to 1500 mg of each.

Drug Interactions and Warnings
Since L-Arginine is an amino acid, there are no known drug interactions. The combination of L-Ornithine has been shown to increase the release of HGH and increase Nitric Oxide.

L-Ornithine has been shown to potentate the actions of L-Arginine. L-Ornithine can also be metabolized into L-Arginine .

Do not take L-Arginine if you suffer from herpes or cancer. L-Arginine has been shown to increase the intensity of herpes outbreaks and HGH has been shown to grow cancerous tumors.

L-Arginine may have positive effects on conditions that supress the immune system such as AIDS.

If you have diabetes, please contact your doctor before trying L-Arginine.

Recommendations for Use
To improve male fertility, a dosage of 2 grams twice daily is suggested. Depending on if there is a deficiency of L-Arginine, the benefits may not be immediately seen. Benefits from this supplement may be experienced in as little as one week.

L-Arginine occurs naturally at low level in whole-wheat, rice, nuts, seeds, corn, soy, grapes, coco, and carob amongst other sources.

There are no long term side effects from supplementing L-Arginine. Therefore it can be used indefinitely.

Thank you. My friend found your post very useful. If he finds something new he said that would tell me so I could post here.

Anyone heard of Tiger Nuts? Apparently it boosts testosterone and can help with erection quality and generally with sexual behaviour in men.

I think I’m going to buy some.

They are said to be full of minerals and vitamins, interesting indeed.
