After failing to find the needed information on the forum I will be glad if some of the vets or at least some of the people with a lot of experience enlightens me on the topic.

And the topic is: supplements for better EQ and overall penis health (I doubt it that there are any that can aid with PE gains).

For example I’ve heard of the beneficial effect of B complex, vitamin D, vitamin E and even vitamin C. I’ve also heard of yohimbe (or johimbe, dunno exactly), L-arginine, Tribulus terrestris tea/extract, Rhaponticum carthamoides extract, ginseng and Onopordum acanthium extract.

I’m in no NEED of any supplements as I have a good erection (a little weak on the glands and sometimes weakens during sex, but I guess that’s my issues regarding premature ejaculation effing things up - I wouldn’t mind some insight on that issue too :) ) but I find it beneficial to have an ever BETTER EQ. :)

So, give your opinion on those (and I suppose a lot more, as I am certain I haven’t even come close to listing all available health supplements which affect EQ and penis health) supplements and if anyone has sufficient knowledge he might even recommend a daily dosage for the best of them.

l-arginine, zinc, yohimbe, and saw palmetto, and i believe ginseng are some of the things i know to work.

Add Ginko Biloba, Pine Bark, Eurycoma longifolia, and don’t forget to drink lots of green tea. All help to improve circulation and venous dilation. I have ED and find large doses of l-Arginine ethyl ester (a heaping teaspoon - 7gr?} diluted in a glass of green tea in the middle of the night significantly improves my erection in the morning. As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

All the supplements help a bit, but nothing short of Viagra will help like cardio. Especially HIIT (high intensity interval training). Want a harder cock? Build up a stronger pump.

I stay clear of saw palmetto. It does not enhance testosterone, and if anything, interferes with the natural process of conversion to DHT.

Arginine, zinc, yohimbe, tribulus, avena sativa, and B5 all help, as does green tea.
