Sup everyone, just wondering if there are any good over the counter supplements that can help us on our journey to a bigger, healthier penis. 2 days ago I started taking yohimbe fuel.

Do a search of the forum - lots of people take a pretty wide variety of supplements to help with healing, circulation, erection strength, etc.

From what I know anything that helps you get more erections is good also take lots(not more than RDA) of vit c,e and b for tuissue repair.

Plenty of water, rest, and a healthy diet.
