Supplements: where to begin
Hey guys, been away from PE for a long time but looking to get back into it for the long haul. First of all I was wondering what kind of supplements or products would be good coupled with the newbie routine as that’s where I’ll be starting from. I’ve been looking through these sections for a while and there’s such a wealth of information that I’m just not sure where to begin, just wondering what would be good to start taking and what kind of dosage. If it makes any difference, I’m 22 years old. I’m in easily the worst shape of my life and am just sick of it. I tried to restart my routine about 2 weeks ago but I have such worries that I’m going to damage something that my anxiety just haults me everytime. I’m just looking to ease back into PE very slightly, to restart my PE routine as well as just get back in shape in general and am looking for any kind of supplement to couple this. Any information would be incredibly helpful.
