Supplements that can fight diseases around your penis?

Hey,i aways have been scared from diseases like ”herpes/hiv” and allot more. because im starting to have more regular sex sometimes i think about herpes and what if i get it can i cure it? shall i be more careful?How can i prevent herpes from even happening and how can i fight it if i get it?I heard high doses of vitamins can actually cure or prevent herpes or hiv!can you explain it to me and if there are what are their names!thanks!!!:)

Only way to prevent viral transmission is to use a condom. Once you get it it’s yours for life.

There is nothing like that, once you get one of those serious condition, you need to seek medical help immediately.

Nothing prevents stds but safe sex and clean partners. If you already have herpes then lysine can mask the symptoms of oral herpes (arginine can exacerbate symptoms). But there are medications available to treat those already infected, valtrex for herpes for instance. Use condoms, get tested, and ask questions before sex.

Assume every partner you have sex with has herpes and AIDS.
