Supplements for PE

I was going to start taking a daily dosage of L-Lysine, L-Arginie , L-Ornithine, and Yohimbe.

Does anyone have any info or warnings before I take these supplements I don’t want to O.D. or anything nor do I want to loose any gains from PE.

In my experience/opinion, yohimbe is something you need to be careful with…..increased blood pressure, agitation, irritability were some of the side effects I experienced.
(This was prescription strength yohimbe, prescribed by a doctor)

I took it for a few weeks and decided it wasn’t worth it.

As far as the other supplements, I take some of those myself.

Thanks Cajun, I too stopped taking Yohimbe, tho because of high blood pressure. I think I get better results from just taking L-A, L-O, and L-L anyway. :)

Taking L-arginine and L-Lysine at the same time is not recommended.

Hey Resize, I can’t find where the Doc talks about L-L. How long should I wait to take the L-L after taking the L-A ?
