Supplements for a better life
I’m starting this thread because I’m planning to start taking some supplements for… well, a better life. And while it sounds like an egoistic initiative, I’m actually hoping that, if enough wisdom is collected in this thread, it will be of use to many other members. :)
Important note: It’s probably good to mention that by “supplements” I don’t mean simply drugs. For the purpose of this thread, please view everything that has a distinct effect on the human body and not only a nutritional value as one. For example, while celery can not strictly be called a supplement, for the purpose of this thread please consider it’s cum increasing effect to be enough to mention it as a “supplement”. Use the quotation marks if you’d feel more comfortable. Potatoes, on the other side, are hardly a supplement, even in this thread.
Contribute with your knowledge about supplements and let’s help people live a better life, according to their goals and/or problems, of course. And people who have questions - go ahead and ask your questions, if this turns out to be a good thread I’ll make sure to periodically put all the helpful advice in one or more posts (depending of the post length limit) with the help of mods, so people could find all the useful information easily. It’s not certain that the thread will grow like that, although I feel that it certainly has the potential. Anyway, future legendary status or not, let me begin with sharing the supplements I’m planning to take and why. Of course, be sure to put your two cents in. :)
Pygeum - for increased EQ (possibly) and in order to relieve my nightly urinating problem.
L-arginine - for increased EQ and improved blood circulation (I can go out in a T-shirt in the winter and I’m not cold, but if I don’t wear gloves my hands become numb pieces of ice).
Fermented cod liver oil - overall health, vitamins A and D and for Omega-3, but the latter could come from chia or flax seeds too.
Brazil nuts - for the nuts.
Some general purpose vitamins - self-explanatory.
Vitamin D3 - because winter is coming and there won’t be any sun (vitamin D3 is naturally produced in the body after exposure to sunlight).
Vitamin K2 or butter oil, which is a good natural source of the fore mentioned vitamin - because it’s the infamous activator X and is good for a lot of things.
Not to beat a dead horse, here are a few nice threads about some sex-related (increasing EQ, producing more sperm, etc.) supplements, although you’re welcome to dispute and discuss anything in there if you think there’s something incorrect or just need to ask a question to further clarify the matter:

P.S. On a side note - what do you guys think about refined sugar consumption. There are many articles that claim it’s almost toxic and should be avoided. I tried going without sugar for 10 days, the first 5 were hard, almost like I was addicted, but I managed. However I don’t feel any difference. Did I give it too little time or is it just a bunch of crap? Also, do you think one should abstain from refined sugar completely or just limit it to a croissant or a waffle per day? :)
