Your ripped like a state champion wrestler and won’t mass up because you’re not eating enough! Try replacing that gallon of water with a gallon of milk. Even if you’re taking steroids you’re not just going to magically get huge if your body doesn’t have enough calories to do so.

Agreed. Instead of eating 4-5 small meals a day, try eating 3-4 large meals a day with 2-3 smaller meals inbetween.

Take your weight and multiply it by 25. Don’t let yourself eat any less calories per day then that number. Eat more if you want, but never less.
Also, try to get 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight a day. At 150 lbs, that’ll be 225 grams of protein per day.

Is there at least one guy who has read the title of this thread before posting? Just curious.

I sense so much BS in this thread. Haha. For one, a government program to put you on steroids? That’s a good one. And the other guy, house_md, while I don’t doubt you put on 45lbs in 6months, I would like to see some verifiable body fat measurements if you say it is “pure muscle”. I wouldn’t expect 45lbs of ALL muscle from 6months on any type of steroid even. But nevertheless, I really don’t care either way.

As far as the point of this thread, I personally don’t think roids will affect PE. I am no PE expert but I know juice and I’ve never had it affect my dick in anyway. Testicular atrophy.. Yes, temporarily. Limp dick.. No, but you would if not on test. I definitely disagree where someone said testicular atrophy is just an illusion. I’ve seen my balls shrink and return to normal through many steroid cycles.

In closing, for anyone who wants a more objective look at steroids.. Watch Bigger, Stronger, Faster. It’s a great documentary even if you hate the idea of steroids or have no personal interest in them. Doesn’t really say they are right OR wrong, just says that it doesn’t matter in America WHAT is true about them, as they never have and never will be treated the same as other drugs or supps.

Oh.. And as a sidenote. I totally agree with the guy who said to drink MILK. Yeah, it isn’t PERFECT.. But I’ve told that to so many guys who “are physically incapable of gaining weight”. People are such copouts these days. A guy goes to the gym on and off for a year, thinks whey protein is gonna make him huge, and then whines about how he CAN’T GAIN WEIGHT. People don’t know what it means to REALLY pack in the calories.

Prior to my getting up to 190 lbs, I was about 145 lbs and 8-10% body fat, which gives me between 11.6 and 14.5 lbs of fat roughly. (averaging 13.05 lbs of body fat at any given time)

Now I’m at 190 lbs and down to roughly 6-7 % body fat, which gives me 190*.06 - 190*.07 or 11.4 to 13.3 lbs of fat roughly. (averaging 12.35 lbs of body fat at any given time)

Muscle gained = current weight - old weight - (current avg fat - old avg fat) = 45.7 lbs lean muscle.

Note - This percentage has been measured with a scale that uses bioelectrical impedance analysis in order to calculate body fat percentage. Although it may not be 100% accurate, it has been consistant. By being consistant, I can know that it has gone down by roughly 2%, which with my weight increase, makes those 45 lbs basically all muscle.

Sorry if I went overboard with this, that was a tough 6 months and it’s the first time in my life I’ve ever been able to put on weight. It was a lot of work and I’m proud of it.

Ha ha. This is great. Love the posts. I work for the government.. So I call the people that’s helping me out the government. Completely irrelevant to my topic at hand. I never called it a “Government Program”, ThunderSS did, Just to clear that up. My Co-worker talked to our Boss who talked to his boss about letting me take steroids. I got all there approval and pulled some strings to help me take this without having problems. I never called it a “government program”. Guys it it now?? So I think we can end the discussion on the “program”.

But for my eating. I personally think I eat A LOT. But everybody has there opinions.

I plan to take the steroids either way. Unless it messes with my goods. I’m gonna meet up with a doctor. And one of our crew members used to be a professional body builder and personal trainer for a very long time. So were going to see what is right for me. That’s all. If they say no your not healthy or ect. Then I won’t take them. But if I am healthy enough and what not then my final concern is it effecting my unit. That’s it. I really hope I cleared everything up this time. And thanks for comments so far. Most of you guys are posting great info and thank you.

Well, I’m pro-steroid, as long as you do them correctly, don’t abuse them and use the right Post Cycle Therapy. I say give it a go, especially since you have doctors that’ll be keeping an eye on you. Most people don’t have that luxury.

Just make sure you get a good high calorie diet, and let that personal trainer train you. You have the potential to blow up.

And to the original question, I don’t believe steroids will effect your gains one way or the other. That’s just my opinion.

Man I dont know, maybe you are the kind of persons that eat like crazy and never gets heavier. But my advice is that steroids is not the way to gain the weight you want. There are supplements, protein shakes, etc that could help you a lot in gaining weith, this combined in going to the gym will make you see differences. It´s just my opinion and at the end the decision is yours. I hope you don´t take it wrong.

Even if you do go ahead with taking steroids you will need to eat to get bigger.

How much do you weigh? How many grams of protein are you eating per day?

Testicular atrophy is a temporary condition anyway and not everyone sees the same androgenic effects.

Here’s what I get for “advanced muscle gain”, based on the following info (I had to guess at some stuff)

150lbs, 7% body fat, Active job, training = 45mins free weight training

Daily Calories: 4384

Daily Protein Intake: 329g 1315 calories
Daily Carb Intake: 439g 1754 calories
Daily Fat Intake: 146g 1315 calories

So is that sort of how you are eating?

For example if you were eating 6 meals a day and getting your protein from chicken breasts only, the protein would work out to around 7.8 ounces of chicken per meal.
