I have a really high metabolism and eat about 4 -5 small meals a day and drink a gal of water if more a day. For the past year I’ve stayed between 145 and 155. I’m as tight as nun and ripped like a state champion wrestler. But I won’t mass up.
Your ripped like a state champion wrestler and won’t mass up because you’re not eating enough! Try replacing that gallon of water with a gallon of milk. Even if you’re taking steroids you’re not just going to magically get huge if your body doesn’t have enough calories to do so.
