Spinach, Kale etc?

Spinach, Kale etc?

Just wondering if there are any members that regularly eat these types of green leaves or any other similar vegetables and have seen easy or fairly regular gains or anything like that. THe reason I ask is because I recently read in a newspaper that these leaves are rich in magnesium, potassium and other minerals that help to relax smooth muscle. It also said that they are high in vitamin C which is a vital component of collagen and helps to maintain its elastic properties. I know that there has been much talk about purely magnessium supplements and other supplements many of you guys take but Im curious to know if many of you guys go for the natural option because I really like spinach and would gladly eat more if I knew it would aid me in PE. Also, if there are guys out there who eat this stuff, do you buy the bags of frozen produce or do you buy the fresh stuff?

Eating healthy can only benefit your entire body, and by that your penis too.

But don’t expect it to be a secret ingredient of PE.

Yea Im just wondering if anyone who regularly eats these particular leaves sees any regular gains etc because they seem to contain nutrients that are linked with what we are trying to alter when doin PE.

I regularly eat kale/spinach salads for lunch, along with spirulina smoothies for breakfast. I probably have more vitamins K and A in my body than anyone else in the world. I can honestly say my farts smell like carrots.

I find an excuse to put spinach in most things I cook. Just because it is so damn tasty more so than any nutritional value which is just an added bonus. I yam what I yam.
