Dude if you snort Viagra your nose will look like Pinocchio when he started to lie.

Viagra as Cialis are destroyed in the liver to about 50% in the first pass metabolism. This can be avoided by drinking grapefruit juice with the pill, 200ml suffice, to fuck with your enzymes a bit or by using it nasally or rectally. When somebody is short on supply this might be a good idea.

As avocet8 mentioned: a similar process: to speed up the process, crush completely 25-100 mg, add to a small beverage, preferrably something carbonated. Drink on an entirely empty stomach. Don’t even consider snorting or shooting,,never inject a citrate med!!!

Grapefruit juice inhibits absorption. This means it will get in your system more slowly, although it may result in a higher level of absorption in the long run. If you want it to hit you fast, don’t use grapefruit juice.

Snorted half a generic Cialis today, worked fast and without problems. No bad burn or stuffed nose. The yellow outside and what was sticking to it I ate.

Why not. Seems to work and if science is right this should safe half of them.

What do you mean? Snorting may getit into your system faster, but that doesn’t mean it increases the effect. I would expect 10mg to feel the same whether it was snorted or swallowed, in other words.

Snorting the same as rectal application (and IV) bypasses the first pass metabolism everything undergoes which comes through the gastrointernal tract. Thats the same as if you disable the enzymes in the liver with grapefruit juice just that you dont have to as the stuff doesnt go through the liver at all (in the first run, later for sure).

Cialis snorted/rectal/IV: Direct into bloodstream
Cialis swallowed: First through the liver (50% destroyed) then into the bloodstream

Letting it dissolve in the mouth is about equal to snorting.

Now you have me curious. I would guess that if you snort, you absorb the drug through the membranes in the sinuses, which then goes into the blood, which then goes through the liver. Just as if you swallow, the drug is absorbed through the stomach or intestinal cells, into the blood, and then the liver. I need to read more about this.
