L-arginine didn’t work for me. First time around I took 3 g/day for a month. Couldn’t see any difference. I stopped taking it for a few weeks then decided on another trial period. Sorry for the late reply-hectic uni schedule; I thought it would be a lot easier on me timewise this year. Not so!
Anyway, what I meant by 12 shotter was 12 shots or 12 squirts. 12 contractions expelling seminal fluid. I tried the capsules (GNC 1325mg 2-3 a day) and they didn’t do anything.

I am taking 20g/day of Lecithin Granules for fat loss. I am doing a ketogenic diet, so no carbohydrates and lots of good fats and proteins.
I didn’t increased much my loads. I think it work better with L-arginine. For me nothing increase more my loads than L-arginine before sleeping and on empty stomach.

Not enough emphasis in this thread yet on what is called here “edging” - bringing yourself near orgasm, and then backing off. Do this, say, several times over a couple of days before a big date, and you’ll have stimulated your body to produce so much semen you’ll drown her.
