Sauerkraut the New Love Food

Been taking antibiotics for an ear infection and they were playing havoc with my mood.

Thought I would try and fix my gut bacteria and ate a jar of sauerkraut before going to bed.. Woke up in the morning.. Or better still my morning wood woke me up.. Very intense and hard, last time was so intense was when I drank two litres of raw sugar cane juice and though my dick was going to explode..

Bought another two jars today..

Turns out it is pasteurised so doesn’t actually contain the benefits of raw sauerkraut.

Maybe placebo effect?
