15 glasses of water a day (combined with the actual apple juice)? That’s a lot, I’m sure almost nobody will do that.

Whats the latest on this? Anybody seen any vast improvements? Where can I get some reliable cayenne from, because I bought some off ebay, but I think it may be one of these cheap crappy ones. Doesn’t seem that hot.

All I can say for me is it’s working here but I guess everyone will have their own opinion I bought my cayenne off of ebay and yeah it seems ok not too hot but then again I can’t take too much so if it works for me that is good enough.

I tried it one time, and I used cooking grade cayenne and I definitely needed those three extra glasses of water. Taking it three times a day? I figured it is out of my reach. I do already drink about ten 16oz glasses of water a day already, but shooting three glasses so close is too much. Maybe if I can find the weaker cayenne that was just reference I might try again. But that seems like a lot that would be hard on your stomach.

OK, maybe I did it wrong the first time…I need to see about this 100mg amount because it seems like I did more than that.
