Just wondering if these will help with my sessions.. I currently take Zinc and want to increase my protein intake to a gram for each pound I weigh so that’s 200 grams daily with weight training 3 times a week.

My Progress and Routine

I hope you don’t plan to only supplement for protein. Nothing beats real food for getting the right nutrition. When you do take you protein supplement especially for after workout recovery, I would recommend whey based and not soy based.

Yes, zinc is good for you. Don’t go overboard.
