There’s been all kinds of talk here about using L-Arginine, maca, lecithin, zinc, and others to increase ejaculate volume. Well, I’ve come to the conclusion that a pork chop could be as good a supplement as any of these. Maybe it’s even better, if only because it’s can be so delicious as well as effective!

I got my first inkling of this some years ago. One day, out of the blue, I came a really big amount after masturbating. Of course I knew that my horniness level, amount of edging, time since last ejaculation, etc. affect load size. And even accounting for all of that, this load was definitely bigger than expected. It occurred to me that something I ate may have lead to this, so I tried to remember everything I took in for the previous day or two to try to find a culprit. The one thing that was different from my usual diet was that I had eaten pork - and a whole lot of it - the day before. This struck me as interesting, but I knew I couldn’t conclude anything definite from this one experience. I soon forgot about it.

Another time after that, I came a large load less than 12 hours after my previous ejaculation. Also, this load was unusually “frothy”. It was so unexpected that I again tried to find an explanation. Again, I looked back on what I had eaten and drank during the previous couple of days, and again an intake of a large amount of pork stuck out (I took notes on this, which I still have - I referenced them to write this).

My most recent experience along these lines was today. This time I came quite a lot, despite a relatively quick jack-off session and not a whole lot of time since my previous ejaculation. Also, my cum this time was really thick and white - about what I think is generally considered to be the ideal appearance and consistency for cum (at least I consider it as such. For a long time, my cum has been much less viscous, and clear in color). Sure enough, pork factored big in my diet of the previous 24 hours: pork stew (twice!) AND a pulled pork sandwich.

I’m not talking about a HUGE difference here. But I’d call it about a 15% increase, which is BIG - big enough, obviously, to be very noticeable. Plus the apparent consistency/color change is interesting.

I know that three experiences over the course of a few years doesn’t seem like much to go on. And lord knows there have been many other times that I’ve had a large amount of pork, without noticing a big cumshot later. But I don’t always notice a big cumshot even when I have one, and even if I do I don’t usually try to find a dietary cause. I could have had any number of other big loads over the years due to pork consumption. Also, maybe pork by itself doesn’t cause this. Maybe it’s only when I eat a lot of pork, plus something else that also has this effect, that the combined effect was big enough for me to really take notice. What that other thing would be, I couldn’t say.

But the bottom line is that I’m now convinced there’s a connection here involving pork. And I’m wondering if anyone else has ever noticed it?

According to the Febrary 2011 edition of Men’s Fitness, pork is three times higher in Zinc than Chicken. You can do a search on Zinc here and find some thoughts as to why it might show the effects you’re seeing. I can’t think of other things in pork that might be causing this, but I don’t think the Zinc connection is proven though. Others can reply if they have sources for this.

Didn’t know that; could be something to it. I did come across some mentions of pork being high in arginine, and we know what L-arginine is supposed to be good for. On the other hand, various other foods are high in it as well, but I’ve only ever noticed this with pork. Worth looking into more.
