I’ve been drinking PJ two days now. It’s gone already!for a 1 litre carton it cost £1.99!do you people pay more or less?does viagra work by increasing the NO produced?

1litre is £1.29 at Morrisons as posted earlier in this thread.

It doesn’t. Nitric Oxide is involved in the production of cGMP, which aids erection. cGMP is removed by enzyme PDE-5 which facilitates loss of erection. It is the PDE-5 that Viagra inhibits fairly selectively, which allows the erection to be sustained. If you take something that helps Nitric Oxide (Arginine, PJ etc), then it is an additional aid to erection on the inflow side, whereas viagra helps limit outflow provided stimulation is maintained.

So let me get this straight, NO just helps to get an erection and the viagra keeps it up?so why were you people saying that it’s “the best alternative to viagra I’ve ever heard of”?

They both help the system but at different parts of the process. If you want to fill a leaky bucket, you can increase the rate you add water, or make the hole smaller, or both.

I found the pomme granate sirope, bought several bottles. Probably made by boiling the juice for a long time.

Will the active ingredients still be in it??

It makes a nice addition to yoghurt, it has a bitter taste.

I’m not even sure what the active ingredients are. The stuff I have is blended to taste, whereas the stuff you have sounds like the pure stuff used in cooking. I’m only 3 or 4 days in but no complaints so far. I took a 20mg cialis on friday evening so that will skew results for a couple of days, but I’ve already decided I’m going to load up on the juice next time I’m at the supermarket. I’m hoping within 3-4 weeks there might be some arginine like effects that people talk of.

I like the taste when I mix it with water to use as a lemonade (stirring is necessary, it does not mix easily)

A friend tasted it also and hated the taste. I like it.

Will also try it for the next month and perhaps I will become even addicted to its taste

2 euros for half a liter of sirope

its good stuff!

you mean grenadine? i think grenadine originally is supposed to be pomegrante syrup. I don’t know how it is processed, but that stuff i very sugary. I assume some of the good benefits are either cooked out, or there is so much sugar in it that you wouldn’t want to eat eough of it to get the benefits. BUT in small amounts, like in yogurt or a manhatten (or other mixed drink) i dont think it will hurt!
