Pick one

If you had to pick just one supplement/compound for EQ, what would it be and in what form? Specific brands and/or your rationale for picking it would be nice but even if it’s just shouting out the name of something this would be helpful.

Liquid Cialis would be mine. I’ve had good success with the brand name and the generic. It works well for me without the sides of Viagra, plus the effects last two days. For me anyway.

Oh , I ‘m sorry I misunderstood the question. OTC, what works best for me is is 50 mg zinc, 2000 mg saw palmetto (split into two doses), and plenty of water.

If you are taking that much zinc on a daily basis, you are severely depleting copper in your system. You should supplement copper also.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

KingUbu, I’ve been doing hours of research for 3 days (and still not nearly enough) now on supplements and herbs and came to the realization that every supplement can be a miracle or a complete waste of money on different people. No supplement works on different people the same way. I’ve found that Yohimbine and Tongkat Ali are two of the strongest supplements that can raise EQ, but both also have the worst side-effects (and Ali is very expensive and has to be cycled). Personally, I have bad blood circulation and my hand and feet very often fall asleep, so I am planning on getting l-arginine (AEE) and Ginkgo Biloba.

Thank you gprent, I have heard that before, and meant to start supplementing copper as well. It keeps slipping my mind when I go to the store. I’ve also heard that copper supplementation helps with hair loss. I have no empirical evidence to back that up. I think I read it on the Internet somewhere. :)

Wouldn’t taking less zinc have the same effect as taking the same amount of zinc along with copper?

The zinc that I take is one 50 mg tablet per day. I could cut them I suppose, but why?

I don’t exactly know why, but zinc and copper have an inverse affect on one another (such as l-arginine and l-lysene) such that the more zinc you take, the less copper is available for your body and vice versa.

In your opinion, what would be a good balance of both? Equal doses ? I’m a carpenter not a doctor so I don’t know too much about it.

TwinLabs Yohimbe Fuel. I pick this because it is cheap and it works for me consistently. That said, I have not used it in a long time.

I have tried probably 70% of the so called aphrodisiacs and herbal recommendations for improved blood flow/health and nitric oxide increase or release. Most are shit for improving EQ. They may have other health benefits that they do work for and perhaps the erection enhancement is just super subtle?

If your strapped for cash and don’t want to mess around with trial and error and watch your hard earned dollars do nothing for your efforts, that’s my choice.

More zinc than you need totally fucks up copper metabolism and iron and also has a negative impact on cholesterol and immune function.

Anyway to the question, I don’t know how to pick just one because the stacks of herbs I take work and I haven’t much experience with taking them one by one so I guess I will go with L-Arginine.

My favorite supplement would be L-Arginine in a 1000mg pill twice a day. It helps me get those rock hard boners that keep the girls begging for more.

I like a pill sold by fleshlight. For fear of being labeled a spammer, I’ll withhold the name, but the stuff works really well. It does give me a little heartburn for a day or so (the other effects last for about two days), but nothing too crazy. Oddly, it seems to work better when combined with large amounts of whiskey. I took it once without drinking and it only worked a little. When I’ve taken it while drinking, I’ve gotten boners that rival viagra.
