PGE1 and Exercises

I have been making my own PGE1 injectable and topical for a few years. I use it before exercise and seem to get better results, as well as “shower” instead of my usual “grower” for about 2 days after use and exercise. Is this fairly normal?

FYI: I stopped making my own when the concentrate out of Germany became available. Cheaper than sourcing my own E1 and just a few drops is all it takes. Waterless too, somehow, so no refrigeration needed. Haven’t seen it mentioned on here anywhere.. Is anyone else using concentrate?

I just use cialis.

Cialis doesn’t do much for me. Treating some fibrosis.

I have said it before. Natural pommegranate juice. Makes my erection rock hard.

400 ml 2 hours before sex. Never dissapointed.

Then again, I never had serious EQ issues, some yes, but nothing crazy.

I’ve been using pge1 from superior and noticed I have to consistently increase the dose to get the same effect. My form of PE is pge1 and I just ordered some topical dht cream. Looking forward to trying that out. What type of concentrate are you talking about? The pge1 concentrate from Germany?

Topical DHT is a joke by itself for most of us - no balance. Most injectable PGE1 are also as they are made from cosmetic grade API, not medicinal grade.

For Topical, you should consider that too much DHT will have adverse effects. You need Testosterone AND something like Mesterolone to restore the most health to penis with DHT. Big-3 Brand topical or oral, or added to the PGE1 concentrate is the way to go (I am a Ph.D. Research scientist specializing in men’s health and longevity and erectile issues.)

Of course, topical E1 needs no refrigeration as there is no water.

I’ve never heard of pomegranate juice to combat ED, but apparently it has some validity. Not a cure but has some benefits.
