Permanent ENLAREMENT With Stem Cells?

Right on topic with what I believe the poster here is talking about. The poster “Dr. Runnels” talks about doing this with 70-90% success rate (depending on what you think “success” is). I just started reading that thread but he also said there have not been many injections yet.

I know Dr. Runels. Whenever there is a doctor that likes to post in forums we have to watch out for exaggerated claims. PRP is very common, any doctor can inject in penis, IDEALLY a urologist with experience in injections should only do this. Dr. Runels likes to promote himself and is not a urologist, but PRP is basic easily done. Now if you really want to see a dramatic difference with penis, adipose stem cells (stem cells derived from fat) would work the best. But the easiest and cheapest method is PRP (platelet enriched plasma, basically derived from blood).

Bottom line: Any doctor can inject PRP stem cells. A urologist would be best to do this, not any doctor. The doctor I am using does urology and teaches stem cell training, and is cheaper than Dr. Runels. Its not the doctor that makes it work, its the actual stem cells, anyone can inject if properly training in injectables.

I am working with a doctor who does this, but its illegal as defined by the FDA to do this in U.S. so they take them to Mexico. This is such a hot debated subject because autistic people feel their condition gives them special artistic talents. But there has been great success with stem cells and autism, just its traumatic for the parents to think their children are getting injected in the brain directly.

You can google information about stem cells and autism there are some videos on youtube of this procedure being featured on major news station.

Wait. PRP is not stem cells therapy. Cutting all the bullshit, it is basically injecting a filler. Runnels promotes that injecting growth factors and ‘damaging the penis with a a pump’ will lead to growth, but the few who tried it had only temporary EQ raise and about no growth, if not in the glans where the filler is injected

Is it that the same thing you want to try?

Edit: why this thread is in the supplements section?

I think what he (the original poster) is talking about is the combination of PRP and stem cells harvested from his own fat cells. It is not uncommon.

"Peak" measurements (Oct. 2012): BPEL: 8in EG: 6.625in BPFSL: 8.375 in flaccid BP length: 6in

Thanks. Oh my God.

Ok, so the difference with enlargement surgeries (for girth) should be just in the more permanent result, right? Would it work augmenting length? I don’t see how.

I’m not saying it’s proven effective or anything. I just said it wasn’t uncommon. No idea if this stuff works with a penis. It will work with skin (and adult stem cells harvested from the patient’s own skin), but I don’t know about other tissues.

So far as I understand it, yes. The idea is to give more permanent results from free fat transfer for girth. I haven’t seen anyone (personally) who promotes it for length.

Also, adult stem cells being harvested (from the patient) are usually used in the medical field to rebuild existing tissue. This is the first I’ve heard of using them to produce new tissue (which is what more penis tissue would be).

“From Beijing to Beverly Hills and Manila to Mississauga, private clinics, companies and high-priced spas are pushing stem-cell creams, supplements and procedures for every freckle under the sun.

Claiming to use patients’ own stem cells, these purveyors offer stem-cell facelifts as well as stem cells for baldness, eyelash extensions, buttocks augmentations, breast enhancements and penis enlargements (girth, not length).

In a Mississauga clinic, even aging, ailing pets are sold the possibility of youthful pep.

It “has become a global problem,” says Douglas Sipp, who monitors alleged stem-cell treatments at the RIKEN Center for Developmental Biology in Japan. There’s no proof the treatments really use stem cells at all, he says, or that doing so would be safe or effective: “To the best of my knowledge none of these has a basis in scientific evidence
…….
If they really are using stem cells, it may be even worse: “Once you take a cell out of its normal environment and grow it in a dish, the ones that grow well do so because they have mutations that you call cancer – and then you are going to put these high growers back in another site of the body?”.”

I clarify everything:

You use adipose stem cells (from fat) but you only get something that is very small like a tiny bit of stem cells. The fat does not make girth bigger, its the actual stem cells.

Stem cells are cells that replicate tissue. I personally had stem cells done on my hair, and had crazy hair growth. Stem cells duplicate tissue. So if you inject in penis, it will duplicate the spongey material in penis to an extent Stem cells are amazing, the FDA hates stem cell therapy because its curing autism, orthopedic problems, renal disease (liver), and diabetes.

I work for people who train doctors in stem cells. They done a free treatment for me for hair. Bald people are getting almost a full head of hair with stem cells. Now I don’t know if it works for penis, but I am going to try and take before and after pictures.

But Marina, I had no idea people thought it was fat transfer until you called us on our stuff. Its not fat into penis, its getting the stem cells from fat which are more potent than PRP. Its so amazing how the U.S. is so infantile in their education with stem cells, partly because the FDA will lose tons of money with prescriptions.

BUT this is not a debate whether stem cells work for diseases, its just an intro before I show people before and afters if this procedure actually works. I am anxious to test it out, and other surgeons that are my personal friends (people who train for stem cells) have assured me that it could work.

THERE IS A STUDY WITH RATS WITH PRP IN PENIS:

http://www.dremagaziner.com/stem-ce…etter-rat-penis

We are way past trials on rats and humans have benefited from hair, but I haven’t seen many before and afters of penis. So I am here to show you guys in a week post opt pictures timeline of progress if this works. But its been confirmed this definitely works for hair growth. It awakens dead hair follicles so to speak. My amazing progress for my hair treatment made me a believer that this could be good in penis, so I start next week.

I think the biggest take home is a lot of procedures can’t even prove that stem cells are being used. I question how legitimate a lot of the “stem cell treatments” that professional athletes receive really are (for example). But in cases that legitimate stem cells are used, results are quite remarkable, without chance for rejection. Check out ReCell for example (this is an older article, but the technology has remained essentially the same). http://www.technologyreview.com/new…-to-heal-burns/

Again, as I stated, this is “replacing” tissue that already existed.

(For the sake of anyone reading this thread, I AM NOT an advocate of stem cells for penis enlargement. I know nothing about the subject of using stem cells specifically for penis enlargement.)

It will accomplish nothing. Spongey material (smooth muscle in CC) is filled with blood when you have an erection. Assuming your CC are healthy, there isn’t basically a limit to the amount of expansion they can achieve. What is limiting the girth expansion is tunica albuginea, a very thin but very strong foil of connective tissue that envelopes CC.

First, let me say that the credentials of this MD are ludicrous. Beside that, the experiment on rats, according to the above post, involve cutting the tunica albuginea and then grafting it. Using stem cells or other kind of grafts doesn’t make much of difference that I can see. In Italy a surgery like that was done on humans using their own skin (or vein, can’t rember right now); after a few weeks, the grafted material transformed in tunica albugina - they didn’t call this stem cells therapy’ by the way, but worked fine it seems. You are speaking of a procedure that doesn’t involve surgery if I have well understood, How it precisely should work? It looks like old tricks called with a different name.

I agree with Marinera
As I understand it injecting stem cells would simply promote a return to a normal healthy state, assuming of course there was an unhealthy one to begin with.

There’s a long thread at PEgym about this where Dr Runels himself responds if anyone want to read it.

This looks like the same old growth-factors to grow penis “from the inside out” (i.e. expand insides and have tunica adapt just as tissues adapt during other kinds of growth such as during puberty) under a sorta different name. I’m still interested in it and imagine a lot of potential. But unless I’m mistaken, there is nothing new here. For example: Chemical PE: New ideas

I know nothing about Stem Cells or if/how they will or will not help with PE. However, I am grateful that there is a site such as this one where folks like the OP can feel free to share their individual research and points of view. I for one am looking forward to hear about the OP’s experience getting the treatment and am very much looking forward to see before and after pictures. I also am glad he is willing to offer himself up as a test subject.

At the end of the day, if this (or any other) procedure works, resulting permanent gains in both length and girth, I will no doubt be one of these people that will be interested. This does not take away from the principles of PE in my opinion, but like others, I am wired in such a way that I like to see immediate results as validation my investment (time or dollars) is working.

Thank you OP for the information and please do let us know how your experience goes. Many thanks also to everyone that takes the time to write a response, that is one of the things that make this site worth reading, for me!

Sounds very interesting and would be great if it works. With the hair treatment did you have to have many treatments or just 1? Do you have to be retreated over time?
