Right on topic with what I believe the poster here is talking about. The poster “Dr. Runnels” talks about doing this with 70-90% success rate (depending on what you think “success” is). I just started reading that thread but he also said there have not been many injections yet.
I know Dr. Runels. Whenever there is a doctor that likes to post in forums we have to watch out for exaggerated claims. PRP is very common, any doctor can inject in penis, IDEALLY a urologist with experience in injections should only do this. Dr. Runels likes to promote himself and is not a urologist, but PRP is basic easily done. Now if you really want to see a dramatic difference with penis, adipose stem cells (stem cells derived from fat) would work the best. But the easiest and cheapest method is PRP (platelet enriched plasma, basically derived from blood).
Bottom line: Any doctor can inject PRP stem cells. A urologist would be best to do this, not any doctor. The doctor I am using does urology and teaches stem cell training, and is cheaper than Dr. Runels. Its not the doctor that makes it work, its the actual stem cells, anyone can inject if properly training in injectables.
