NOX3 Dosage and food

On the bottle it says to take 3 tablets in the morning on empty stomach then 3 more 30 minutes after lunch… So does this mean I can’t eat at all until lunch?

No, take the morning dose on an empty stomach, then wait about thirty minutes to eat. That will give the dose time to dissolve and get in your system.

Thanks for the response, I just ate and now I feel like shit. I hope this is just my body’s first reaction to the pill otherwise its not gonna work. Have you ever had a similar experience?

No. Usually when a supplement upsets your stomach the recommendation is to take it with food, but I don’t know how that would affect its absorption in this case.

Nox3 contains arginine alpha ketoglutarate, that is basically two molecules of arginine and one of alpha ketoglutarate. Arginine is an aminoacid, aminoacids need to be taken on an empty stomach, otherwise they get wasted in the way, because of the protein in the food.

Yea this is what happened to me, I felt like crap so I stopped taking it all together, I would have an upset stomach which would make me feel bloated , then I would feel a million degree’s and start sweating for no reason:(
